Our family enjoyed the trip sooo much! Nam is our tour guide. From meet up upto the end he is on top of things. We never had a dull moment - a lot of stories. He's talkative and knowledgeable of history and geography. He really is a master! 😁 I love the whole journey!! For Hercules Grand, i love the food and the crew are all kind and passionate! we really enjoyed this day. 100% recommended!! If you gonna book i recommend you request for Nam. 🤗 🥰 Nam took best shots of our photos using his own phone. value for money is super sulit 💯!!

It was a great tour overall! We covered a lot of ground but it also did not feel rushed. Our tour guide Hue (Lily) was great! She was super knowledgeable about many historical things and tidbits on Hanoi and you can feel her enthusiasm in wanting to share it. Worth a try if you have a day to spend going on a tour :)

Ett måste att boka! Reseledaren Kevin var mycket kunnig och förklarade allt i detalj. Mycket bra kvalitet för priset. Rekommenderas definitivt. Det var bara 3 personer på turen så det kändes mer personligt. Kevin tog riktigt bra bilder och guidade oss genom varje steg av hur allt gjordes. Vi fick praktisk erfarenhet och fick produkter samt kunde anpassa en hatt. Jag gjorde 1/2-turen och det var värt det. Boka och be om Kevin som din guide.

Every arrangement made was accordingly. The private transfer and transport were good and comfortable. All the drivers that served us were very punctual. The only issue was communication with the driver due to their English proficiency, but it can be resolved with Google Translate. The service from Mie (SST travel )is superb. She responded fast to all my enquires and problems. I will definitely looking for her for my next trip to HCMC.

Booking with Klook was convenient because I didn't have to negotiate myself. I could also specify the drop-off location in advance. It had been a while since I rode a cyclo, and I enjoyed seeing Hanoi at dusk from a different perspective. You can take in the sights at a leisurely pace, unlike on a motorbike or in a car. However, there's a lot of exhaust fumes, so a mask might be essential.

We visited three city attractions in the morning and three in the afternoon, each with its own unique charm. There wasn't much walking, so it wasn't overly tiring. Lunch included local cuisine, which was hearty and saved us the cost of a meal. Among the six attractions, I particularly enjoyed One Pillar Pagoda, Hoa Lo Prison, and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum; they truly capture Vietnam's unique character! I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see multiple city sights in a short amount of time without worrying about transportation!

Idag var en enastående dag tack vare min underbara guide, Tamm. Jag provade gott vietnamesiskt kaffe, fick uppleva den episka tåggatan i Hanoi, samtidigt som jag smuttade på en mangosmoothie. Sedan begav vi oss till Hoa Lo-fängelset och denna plats är ett måste eftersom du får se den fascinerande historia som Vietnam besitter. Det är här du får uppskatta Vietnam ännu mer. Denna upplevelse var minnesvärd tack vare Tamms kunskap och passion. Jag rekommenderar starkt alla att delta i denna tur när ni är i Hanoi.
