Passeios por Alcazar of Segovia

Estoy muy feliz de haber reservado esta visita guiada. Gabby hizo un gran trabajo liderando el grupo grande, dio excelentes indicaciones y es una gran narradora, además de muy divertida. Las vistas en Segovia y Toledo fueron geniales y me habría saltado Ávila para pasar más tiempo, especialmente en Segovia. Hermosos paisajes y un cómodo viaje en autobús también. ¡Gracias!

Me enamoré del lugar, ya que transmite la cultura y la historia de la arquitectura. También pudimos probar uno de los mejores cochinillos de Segovia, que nos sugirió nuestro guía, El Bernardino. Es curioso porque es igual que mi apellido. Algunas sugerencias si quieres probar el restaurante: es imprescindible pedir las croquetas de champiñones y el cochinillo, estos dos platos se deshacen en la boca y son deliciosos. De todos modos, me gustaría felicitar a nuestro guía, Mariano, es muy amable y se aseguró de que la mayoría de nosotros entendiéramos la historia del lugar y nos ayudó con todas las preguntas que teníamos. También nos esperaba y le decía al conductor del autobús si faltaba alguien antes de partir de un lugar a otro. ¡Una gran experiencia, sin duda, como primera vez en España!

The morning check‑in was very comfortable. While other tours were registering outside, Big Bus had a proper office with seating and restrooms, which made the start of the day much smoother. The coach was large, clean, and extremely comfortable for just 11 guests, and the driving was careful throughout. Danny was truly exceptional—warm, friendly, and full of engaging explanations at every stop. His guidance made the entire day feel safe, relaxed, and far more enjoyable than anything I could have experienced on my own. Thanks to him and our driver, the tour was meaningful, smooth, and wonderfully organized. Throughout the entire tour, the guides, Elena and Jose Luis, were super prepared, entertaining, careful, and attentive at all times. 1000 out of 10, highly recommended... the entire tour itself was excellent... only the bus, I don't know if it was because there were many people or if the day was hot, but the air conditioning wasn't sufficient. Honestly, we were a bit uncomfortable as the air conditioning was barely noticeable.

Alejandro was very helpful throughout the entire trip. At the meeting point on Gran Vía, he gave clear instructions on where to wait, making everything easy from the start. Even though he had to repeat information several times, he remained patient and professional. During the bus ride, he shared interesting facts about the places we visited and even showed us news articles on his phone, which was a thoughtful extra effort, especially on a Sunday. The trip from Madrid to Segovia was well-guided—he showed us the aqueduct, the Alcázar, and other picturesque spots while sharing useful details about the city. He also recommended good restaurants and suggested visiting a free museum, which was a great tip. Alejandro was polite, respectful, and attentive to the group, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed, including giving time for restroom breaks. Overall, he did an excellent job, and I would gladly join another tour with him in the future.

This is a must while visiting Madrid and Julia Travels is pretty good 👍🏻 customer service, friendly service..MATEO our tour guide he was amazing and accommodating, he always make sure no one left behind in our group..He tried his best to explain everything to us in English the history, culture etc., in every place we went..though weather didn’t favor to us yet the fun 🤩 must go on ..Highly recommended ..lovely experienced❤️❤️❤️

本身買左包教堂門票既Package,過程中可能有啲誤會，兌換地方同導遊都冇比到門票，最終要自己比錢再買門票，Klook可能再寫清楚啲，咁雙方都唔會搞錯。行程提到途經景點塞高維亞堡，但行程中差並唔會帶到目的地，只可以用一個鐘多啲既自由時間，睇下點樣分配睇唔同景點，逗留時間並唔足夠睇埋，因為行去城堡既時間幾長，同集合點距離都遠。
