Alcazar of Segovia tours

I am so happy I booked this guided tour. Gabby did a great job leading the large group, gave great directions and is a great story teller- very funny as well. The views in Segovia and Toledo were great and I would’ve skipped Avila for a longer time especially in Segovia. Beautiful sights and a comfortable bus ride as well. Thank you!

I feel in love with the place as it speaks culture and history of the architecture. We were also able to taste one of the best cochinillo in Segovia which our tour guide suggested, El Bernardino. Its funny because it is the same as my surname. Few suggestion if you want to try the restau, it is a must try to order the mushroom croquettes and cochinillo, these two dishes melts in our mouth and very delicious. Anyway, would like to send my Kudos to our tour guide, Mariano, he is very kind and make sure that most of us will understand the history of the place and assisted us in every question we have. He also waits for us and tell the bus driver if someone is missing before departing in one place to another. Great experience indeed as first time in Spain!

The morning check‑in was very comfortable. While other tours were registering outside, Big Bus had a proper office with seating and restrooms, which made the start of the day much smoother. The coach was large, clean, and extremely comfortable for just 11 guests, and the driving was careful throughout. Danny was truly exceptional—warm, friendly, and full of engaging explanations at every stop. His guidance made the entire day feel safe, relaxed, and far more enjoyable than anything I could have experienced on my own. Thanks to him and our driver, the tour was meaningful, smooth, and wonderfully organized. Throughout the entire tour, the guides, Elena and Jose Luis, were incredibly well-prepared, engaging, careful, and attentive at all times. They are 1000 out of 10 recommended! The tour itself was excellent. The only issue was the bus; I'm not sure if it was because there were so many of us or if it was a hot day, but the air conditioning just couldn't keep up. We were quite uncomfortable as we could barely feel the AC.

Alejandro was very helpful throughout the entire trip. At the meeting point on Gran Vía, he gave clear instructions on where to wait, making everything easy from the start. Even though he had to repeat information several times, he remained patient and professional. During the bus ride, he shared interesting facts about the places we visited and even showed us news articles on his phone, which was a thoughtful extra effort, especially on a Sunday. The trip from Madrid to Segovia was well-guided—he showed us the aqueduct, the Alcázar, and other picturesque spots while sharing useful details about the city. He also recommended good restaurants and suggested visiting a free museum, which was a great tip. Alejandro was polite, respectful, and attentive to the group, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed, including giving time for restroom breaks. Overall, he did an excellent job, and I would gladly join another tour with him in the future.

This is a must while visiting Madrid and Julia travels is pretty good 👍🏻 customer service, friendly service..MATEO our tour guide he was amazing and accommodating, he always make sure no one left behind in our group..He tried his best to explain everything to us in English the history, culture etc., in every place we went..though weather didn’t favor to us yet the fun 🤩 must go on ..Highly recommended ..lovely experienced❤️❤️❤️

I purchased a package that included church tickets, but there might have been a misunderstanding during the process. Neither the redemption point nor the tour guide provided the tickets, so I ended up having to pay for them myself. Klook should probably provide clearer instructions to avoid such confusion for both parties. The itinerary mentioned passing by Segovia Castle, but the tour did not actually take us to the destination. We only had a little over an hour of free time, which wasn't enough to see all the different attractions, especially since the walk to the castle was quite long and far from the meeting point.
