Excursão de dia inteiro a Segóvia saindo de Madri com visita opcional ao Alcázar

Alejandro was very helpful throughout the entire trip. At the meeting point on Gran Vía, he gave clear instructions on where to wait, making everything easy from the start. Even though he had to repeat information several times, he remained patient and professional. During the bus ride, he shared interesting facts about the places we visited and even showed us news articles on his phone, which was a thoughtful extra effort, especially on a Sunday. The trip from Madrid to Segovia was well-guided—he showed us the aqueduct, the Alcázar, and other picturesque spots while sharing useful details about the city. He also recommended good restaurants and suggested visiting a free museum, which was a great tip. Alejandro was polite, respectful, and attentive to the group, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed, including giving time for restroom breaks. Overall, he did an excellent job, and I would gladly join another tour with him in the future.

If you're spending a few days in Madrid, a visit to Segovia is a must and highly recommended. Departing at 9 AM and returning to Madrid city center at 8 PM, there's ample time to leisurely admire the aqueduct. The Alcazar castle is also well worth spending time exploring and taking photos. My English-speaking guide was very dedicated, answering all questions 👍

Este es sin duda un increíble viaje de un día desde Madrid. Segovia es una ciudad encantadora que se explora mejor a pie. Nuestro guía Ramiro compartió muchos datos históricos sobre la ciudad que realmente disfrutamos.

參加的是一整天待在Sagovia 的行程，可以慢慢逛。大家都是參加下午有去托萊多的😎，整團只有我一個待在Sagovia一整天。但導遊也有說半天相對很趕。我就是抱持一個，我大概一輩子也不會來第二次的心態，每個小角落我都要慢慢地看。我覺得很自在、舒服。

The tour guide will explain the route to the castle as you walk. After visiting the castle, you'll have plenty of time to continue strolling through the streets or savor the local specialty, roast suckling pig. It's a wonderful trip.

Klookの記載では所要時間は11時間で、午前9時に出発し午後8時に戻るとのことでした。しかし、同じ場所から同じ時間に多くのグループが出発するため、バスが実際に動き出すまでに長い時間がかかりました。帰りはほぼ1時間早かったので、結局、街を散策する時間はほとんどありませんでした。セゴビアはとても美しい街で、もっと時間をかけて散策する価値がありますが、次回はツアーには参加しません。

My second time in Segovia. Better organized tour than the one I took with Klook last year. The tour guide was much better. The transfer going home was on time and better organized. And this time, the guide brought everyone up to the Alcázar.

The tour guide's explanations were very clear, and they also pointed out the best photo spots and famous restaurants/dishes. There was more than enough time to explore the town!

The package included the 2-ways transport and a city tour. It’s a bit convenient than going by yourself but be noted that it’s not a small group tour. Whole day tour is recommended if you would like to have a lunch and an in-depth city walk in Segovia.

The guide was very knowledgeable and recommended a restaurant, as well as where to get palace tickets. We enjoyed the trip.
