Tour pelo Palácio Real de Madri na Espanha

I did this tour on my 1st day on Madrid and it was a good way to spend the morning. I appreciated that we were able to skip the long line and the explanation given by our guide Elena was very good. Great way to see the highlights of a very big and historic place.

Our guide Jose was excellent! We skipped the line and were the first group to enter the Royal Palace. His explanations were very informative. This English guided tour is highly recommended.

The advantage is that you don't have to queue to enter the palace. When gathering, the tour guide might not necessarily be holding an umbrella; they might just be holding a piece of paper in front of their chest, so be sure to look carefully!

I guess the best part of the tour is that I get to skip the lines by going through a special entrance for tour groups. Otherwise, the guide’s explanation was quite forgettable as his accent was hard to understand, so I couldn’t really understand nor rememeber what he said. The royal palace is really beautiful though!

The tour guide's explanation was very detailed, the exhibits inside the palace were very rich, and the surrounding scenery was also very beautiful. It's definitely worth everyone taking an in-depth trip to Spain.

The tickets I originally booked with the official vendor were cancelled by them (due to an event), so I quickly rebooked with Klook. The meeting information provided by the supplier was a bit sparse, but I immediately contacted customer service, and they promptly helped me confirm with the supplier. It was very reassuring.

The guide was very nice, but the tour company failed to inform us of the delay on the tour. Overall, it was a good experience.
