Throughout the entire tour, the guides, Elena and Jose Luis, were super prepared, entertaining, careful, and attentive at all times. 1000 out of 10, highly recommended... the entire tour itself was excellent... only the bus, I don't know if it was because there were many people or if the day was hot, but the air conditioning wasn't sufficient. Honestly, we were a bit uncomfortable as the air conditioning was barely noticeable.

The itinerary was well-packed, and the guide was knowledgeable, sharing a lot about the history of the places we visited. However, I think the itinerary was too long (almost a full 14 hours).

During a heatwave, and needing to visit two cities in one day, this itinerary's transportation is the best choice. You can travel comfortably with air conditioning.

It was a pleasure to be on this tour. The guide was very kind and the weather was really nice. It was great that the guide told us a lot about these places. It was really convenient that I could travel by bus.

Los lugares son accesibles a pie y muy agradables. El viaje siempre llega a tiempo a cada punto de encuentro. Los guías turísticos son fáciles de entender. Tuvimos tiempo suficiente para pasear por nuestra cuenta en Toledo. Gracias.

This was a fantastic trip, perfect for travelers with limited time in Madrid. The aqueduct tour was only half a day, short and efficient. The guide was very dedicated, explaining everything in both English and Spanish. When I booked, there were very few reviews, and I was quite apprehensive. After participating, I can highly recommend it to everyone!

朝のチェックインはとても快適でした。他のツアーが外で登録している間、ビッグバスには座席とトイレのあるきちんとしたオフィスがあり、一日の始まりがずっとスムーズになりました。
コーチは大きく、清潔で、わずか11名のゲストにとって非常に快適でした。運転は終始慎重でした。
ダニーは本当に素晴らしかったです。温かく、フレンドリーで、どの停車地でも魅力的な説明をしてくれました。彼の案内のおかげで、一日中安全でリラックスでき、自分一人で体験するよりもはるかに楽しいものになりました。彼とドライバーのおかげで、ツアーは有意義でスムーズ、そして見事に組織されていました。
また、ツアーのデザインも気に入りました。ダニーと一緒に主要な場所を探索した後、自由に街を楽しむことができました。
