I joined a day tour to Segovia and Avila. It departed on time, the scenery was beautiful, and there was ample time for sightseeing and free activities. Our guide, Damara, a redhead, was excellent; her explanations were very detailed, alternating between Spanish and English. She was also very attentive and responsible towards the group members. A few days ago, I took a day tour with another company that left me very disappointed, but this time, joining Big Bus gave me a wonderful experience, putting me in a great mood for my last few days in Spain!

The bus was comfortable, and our guide, Danny, not only explained things in Spanish but also took the time to explain them again in English for the two of us from Taiwan. He was very attentive to all the group members! (Plus, he looks just like Timothée Chalamet! He's a handsome man!) The itinerary was perfectly arranged, with appropriate time for photos, explanations, and free time. However, the recommended restaurant was just average, so feel free to choose one you like! The scenery along the way was also beautiful! I highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide, Raquel, was excellent. She went out of her way to provide detailed explanations in English for us from Taiwan. Thank you for the day's tour! The only minor drawback was that the itinerary felt a bit packed, but it's understandable given that we visited two locations in one day. Everyone worked very hard.

This trip is really enjoyable with a great tour guide. I did learn more of the city and the schedule is just perfect. Big applause to Danny, our guide who is extremely passionate. He explained well in English and did a great job showing us around! :) Great trip and will definitely miss the scenery here!

Fue un buen recorrido organizado por The Big Bus. Hubo tiempo suficiente para caminar y disfrutar de los lugares de interés. Incluso si te quedabas un poco atrás del grupo, escuchar a los guías a través del monitor intraauricular fue útil. Valió la pena pagar un poco más por la entrada para visitar el Alcázar. El interior era hermoso.

The overall arrangement was very suitable, from the meeting point to the itinerary, everything was appropriate, and the timing was quite sufficient. We left Segovia at 5:45 PM, which for a one-day tour, meant we made the most of it. It's definitely much more convenient than going by myself.
