If you're Korean, they'll give you a Korean version of the recipe book. The teacher's passion is especially outstanding! It was a fun experience, and I highly recommend Mama Noi. They offer both pickup and drop-off, but if you're staying near Central Festival, pickup isn't available, so you'll have to arrange a separate location, which is a slight drawback.

what a great experience this was! from the hotel pickup to the mango sticky rice it was great. on the way to the school, we stopped at a market to see some of the ingredients we would be using. when we got to the school, we each got to choose 3 dishes to make (all with a vegetarian option) - one stir fry, one soup and one curry. Our air conditioned group all chose different dishes but Chef Nook walked us through the prep and cooking seemlessly with enthusiasm and humor. everything turned out great - the only bad thing was that I hadn’t come hungry enough to eat all that I prepared. make sure to come hungry! dinner was topped of with making and eating mango sticky rice - yum!

It was truly fun and exciting! The staff who guided us throughout the cooking process were incredibly helpful, making it easy for us to follow along. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the food turned out; it was delicious! I especially appreciated the ability to adjust the seasoning to suit our individual tastes. One of the highlights was visiting the local market, which was a fantastic way to immerse ourselves in the culture. Exploring the herb garden added another layer of enjoyment and education to the experience. The transportation was prompt with an early pickup, which I appreciated. However, I found it a bit confusing at the end of the trip when the assigned car changed unexpectedly. I’m looking forward to receiving the photos within the next 3-5 days, and I’ve heard they look great! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and gained valuable knowledge about cooking basic Thai dishes. Thank you for organizing such a wonderful experience!

I'm not a cooking expert; I can only manage basic stir-fries, fried eggs, and cocoa. You're welcome to come here and experience Thai cuisine. The dishes we cooked were surprisingly delicious! Throughout the process, the teacher was very lively in their instruction and encouraged us. The phrase we heard most often was "Suay Jing Jing ka" (meaning "very beautiful"), hahaha, it was super funny. At the end, we even got a beautifully bound recipe book to take home. It was truly excellent!
