Highly recommended tour for a once-in-a-lifetime experience during winter in South Korea.

Our trip today was the highlight of our visit, all thanks to Mr. Kim. It’s rare to find a guide who is so genuinely sincere and dedicated to making sure everyone has a great time. He shared fascinating insights that you won't find in guidebooks, and his sense of humor kept the energy high all day. He’s incredibly well-informed and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended!

Ella is highly accommodating and always punctual. We arrived at both destinations ahead of the tourist crowds. She took care of our group and ensured everybody was okay.

It was a great one-day trip to Eobi Ice Valley. It would be very inconvenient without joining a local tour. The second itinerary to Snowyland was also good. Free ski clothes are included as it would be very cold at Snowyland.

Our guide speaks good English. Very kind and welcoming. We also have a Chinese-speaking guide on board. The trip was hassle-free, and we really enjoyed our time here.

The initial pickup time was a bit off. We were picked up at 7:15 AM, and there was no communication whatsoever regarding a potential delay, which left us feeling anxious and worried.

The three places were beautiful, fun, and very cold! Guide Kim took great care of us.
