Very good ~ Funny and helpful Korean tour guide fluent Chinese and English. Timing for the tour is great, not feeling rush.

Ella is highly accommodating and always punctual. We arrived at both destinations ahead of the tourist crowds. She took care of our group and ensure everybody is ok.

It was a great one day trip tour to Eobi Ice Valley. It would be very inconvenient without joining local tour. The second itinerary to Snowyland was also good. Free ski clothes are included as it would be very cold at the Snowyland.

Our guide speaks good english. Very kind and welcoming. We also have a chinese speaking guide on board. The trip was hassle free and we really enjoyed our time here.

the pickup time at the start was a bit off. we were picked up at 7.15am and there is not a single bit of communication if they were late to pick up or not and left us anxious and worried.

The 3 places were beautiful, fun, and very, very, very cold. Guide Kim took great care of us.
