Our guide was rude and always in a hurry, so we were too shy to ask questions. He also spoke Chinese because most of our group were Chinese, and he always promised to translate it into English for us, but he never did. He wanted us to ask questions, but when we did, he never listened and barely understood English. Haha. But we never let it ruin our trip. The whole experience was great, minus the tour guide. 😏

This tour is highly recommended, even though it's a one-on-two private coaching session, the coach will only pay attention to one person and leave the other aside, which is a very bad experience. The coaching party must want to blame it on the coach's personal issues, but I want to say that our group was really full of poor-quality coaches. If you want to experience a ski lesson where you're abandoned, I highly recommend it!

Coach Sun focused on the safety aspect of skiing, especially on how to fall safely and how to get up from a fall. The most important advice was to get off the ski if you are unable to get up while still on the ski. According to his advice, a ski mask may not be necessary, and one inner heat tech type of inner top and bottom underneath the rented ski jacket and pants should be enough. Bring your own ski gloves, an extra pair of long socks, and extra inner clothing to change. If you ski, you will perspire.

It was a lot of fun, the coach taught very carefully and attentively, and had a kind attitude!

The guide was very patient, and the coaching lessons were clear and ensured we had fun in a safe environment!

My friends and I booked this tour as part of our vacation and it was great, our guide was really nice and knowledgeable

Vivaldi's underground gourmet restaurant is like a giant underground amusement park, with many facilities for playing and eating, making you feel like you could spend a week's vacation here. I bought a one-on-two ski instructor lesson, and the instructor taught very well, allowing me to progress from only knowing how to brake to being able to snowplow turn within two hours.

Jeff, the guide, is very helpful and meticulous in teaching us. He provides us with easy instructions to follow.

Very basic coaching and it is first time I was picked up by a MPV car instead of a bus. I was bring a lugguage so that was a little tough to fit into car.
