Vivaldi Ski + Vale de Gelo Eobi

오늘 정말 즐거웠어요! 루비는 정말 최고였고 투어도 아주 좋았습니다! 비발디는 스키와 썰매 등 즐길 거리가 많았어요. 오늘은 썰매를 탔는데 정말 재미있었습니다. 다음에 스키 타러 또 갈 수 있을 것 같아요. :) 감사합니다, 윤주씨~

Patrick is our tour guide and ski instructor. He was very helpful and committed to his job. He was really great at teaching us how to ski. We had a great experience.

Vivaldi Park was so nice with many activities. I only hoped that we stayed there longer as what was shown on the itinerary, because lines for the activities took long. Our tour guide told us that we stay there only for 3 hours and 40 minutes including the lunch break (instead of 5 hours and 40 minutes as mentioned in the itinerary here in Klook). We left Vivaldi Park at 1 PM instead of 3 PM (our tour guide said that it's because we did not purchase the skiing) and went to Eobi Ice Fountain and took around 30 minutes. I hope that next time the itinerary here in Klook mentioned that difference. We felt a bit rushed. Though our guide was quite nice.

Our tour guide, Ki, was excellent and gave very clear instructions, especially during the ski lesson. Even though it was my first time skiing, his guidance really helped me enjoy the activity. Ki was also very understanding when I got lost on the way to the meeting point he calmly guided me and ensured I reached there safely. Overall, I am very satisfied with his service and truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, and support throughout the tour.

Our guide did his best to communicate in English despite the language barrier. He also took care of getting tickets and returning rental items. We only wished Eobi Valley was first because we arrived already in the evening.

¡Lo pasamos genial! Fue una experiencia muy agradable. El tour fue puntual, Eric fue muy amable, hizo todo lo posible por explicar los lugares. Fue de gran ayuda. ¡Realmente recomiendo este tour!

Tour was very nice, time was just enough for us to enjoy snowy world and see the ice village. Dave was a super gracious guide, very pleasant to all his guests :)

Ki is definitely a wonderful guide. He is incredibly helpful and highly responsive to all our needs
