Très belle expérience hivernale à Séoul. Le guide touristique Jake est très gentil, il nous a même attendus quelques minutes car nous étions en retard au point de rendez-vous. Service de navette premium pour un groupe de 8 personnes. Je le recommanderai à d'autres.

Josh, our tour guide, is wonderful. Traveling with small kids is not easy, especially when joining group tours. He explained everything clearly and set expectations, so we knew where to go and what we needed to do. Book this tour; we highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time on this tour to Alpaca World, Snowyland, and the strawberry farm. As an animal lover, Alpaca World was definitely a thumbs up for me! Snowyland was quite crowded, but we still had lots of fun on the rides. The strawberry-picking experience was enjoyable, and the strawberries were very fresh and sweet. All the activities were great for our family, even though the schedule felt a bit rushed at times. Our tour guide David was very nice, interactive, and recommended great food. Most importantly, he managed the schedule very well and made sure everyone was on time, which made the whole trip smooth and awesome. Also want to thank the driver for driving carefully and keeping us safe on the road. I even regret not booking this tour during my last visit. It was really worth it. Overall, a great family experience and highly recommended.

Jesse is een aardige en vriendelijke gids. Hij gaf ons goede aanbevelingen voor plaatsen om naartoe te gaan en souvenirs om voor vrienden te kopen. De route is goed en omvat alles wat we wilden bezoeken. De lunch is ook goed, maar moet apart betaald worden.

We joined the Alpaca World + Snowy Land tour yesterday and had a great experience overall. Our guide, Yamy, was fantastic! She planned the itinerary really well so we didn’t have to rush or squeeze with other tour groups. She also arranged for us to pre-order our lunch menus during the bus ride, so we could eat immediately upon arrival and spend more time enjoying the attractions. She also briefed us thoroughly on the ski rental equipment and clothing and provided a price list in advance, which helped us save a lot of time when we got there. The only downside was the lunch stop — the food wasn’t great in terms of taste or value. A better restaurant choice would really improve the overall experience.

We had so much fun doing this activity, but originally I purchased a package that included Nami Island and Snowy Island. However, they changed it to Snowy Land and Alpaca. Nevertheless, it was worth it. My children were very happy. Our driver was polite.

Our trip to Alpacaworld and Vivaldi Snowpark was great. The driver was accommodating and good. Our host/guide CK was entertaining and considerate! Our family had fun, we traveled with 2 kids. Rent snow gear early, and kids under 12 get free snow gear rental.

My mom and cousin enjoyed the tour so much. Our tour guide David is very helpful and hardworking, and by the way, he's also a very good-looking Korean guy 😉. Our tour was a bit rushed, with only 1 hour per destination. For Alpaca World, I advise bringing a small container for their food so you can feed them little by little and take a quick photo. Alpacas eat so quickly; it only took them 3 seconds to eat all the food 😂. For the strawberry picking tour, pick the big strawberries; they're much sweeter than the smaller ones. We only managed to get one ride at Snowyland.

I loved this tour! We chose to have only 2 activities for the day, to have more time at Snowyland. We felt we needed more time! Haha! It was really fun! It was a weekend when we came, so maybe it was a bit jampacked. But it's totally fine because everyone was having a good time. Will definitely come visit again and will choose to stay for the whole day next time. We loved it. Thanks, Zero, our tour guide, for your patience.
