We had an amazing time! Lisa was incredibly helpful teaching us the basics of skiing, making the whole experience enjoyable and easy to follow. The rental gear shop was also very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

We had a great time on our Nami Island Day Trip with Martin as our tour guide. The day was so easy, relaxing, and fun, especially with all his recommendations. Our favorite part was the restaurant he took us to for lunch, where we had the cheesy chicken with tteokbokki. I didn’t realize the zip line was only about 60 seconds of flight, so we didn’t end up doing it, but it did look super cool watching other people take it and the speed boat. Bike rental is super easy on the island and made seeing the whole island a lot easier and quicker (we did the tandem couples bike). The rail bike was super cool as well and turned out being a lot easier on the hills with 4 people. Traffic was insanely terrible on the way back, but the driver was weaving between cars to get us back as quickly as possible, so hats off to him as well 👏 thank you! 😊

Our guide was really nice, such a fun day, Alpaca World was really cool, got to feed alpacas, lunch was yum, loved the rail bikes, Nami Island was nice, not much to do there but very pretty, we zip-lined to the island rather than take the ferry which was awesome.

We enjoyed the tour. The guide was so friendly and ready to share. Our family enjoyed the Alpaca so much. The whole itinerary was really suitable for families with young children.

Our guide Michael is very friendly and introducing a lot to us about the sights. He also takes very good care for the joiners who are from different countries. He also seeks for our preference when arranging the route during the day trip.

We had a fantastic day with our tour guide Max. He was such a pleasant and enthusiastic guide. His communication with us was 10 out of 10. He gave us a clear overview of our day and filled us with his knowledge at each area. He was so calm and really wanted us to take it all in and get many pictures and know the background of the culture. We had plenty of picture and exploring opportunities and our safety was also paramount to him. He was considerate of our toilet and snack breaks. He was so happy to have us in his country and wanted us to know more about it and gave personal recommendations of sites and restaurants to visit. Any queries we had during our time here he was happy for us to contact him for any info we wanted! How kind of him! We had a fantastic coach as well as coach driver who was punctual at all our destinations and drove very carefully in the rain and traffic for the 3 hour drives each way. Thanks Max for making it such a fabulous day!

A perfect day trip from Seoul! Booking via Klook saved us so much time and effort planning transport. Our original tour was only Alpaca + Nami, however we didn't meet the required minimum amount of people, so Klook messaged us to join the tour including the petite france with no extra charge. Alpaca World was a massive hit—the animals are well cared for, very cute, and feeding them was a great experience. Nami Island is beautiful, peaceful, and offers amazing photo spots around every corner. Our guide was organized, punctual, and very accommodating. Our driver Kay even let us stay on the van for our last stop (petite france) because my child is sleeping, he parked in a shaded area with aircon turned on. Highly recommend this tour for families, couples, or anyone looking to easily explore outside the city!

We had a wonderful experience with this tour! Our guide, Judy, was friendly, efficient, and kept everything running smoothly throughout the day. My favorite part was seeing the alpacas, and Nami Island was such a cute place to explore. We also paid extra for the zip line, and it was absolutely worth it! car is clean. driver also the guide jack was contacting us a day before and arrived on time. he drove very well as all of us felt safely sleeping during the ride. he helped to book discounted tickets, take photos and recommended a nice lunch place. we particularly enjoyed the rail park - such a fun ride!
