Our trip was very enjoyable, and we especially want to thank our driver, Kenzi, for his enthusiasm and professionalism. Kenzi was dedicated and thoughtful, contacting us a day in advance to arrange the departure time, which showed his meticulousness and consideration. During the journey, he took great care of every passenger, proactively helped us take photos, and allowed us to create many wonderful memories. What was particularly impressive was that Kenzi also taught himself Cantonese, enabling him to communicate smoothly with us. This dedication and effort were truly admirable. Throughout the entire trip, his thoughtfulness and professionalism made us feel very comfortable and at ease. We are truly grateful for his efforts. It was definitely an unforgettable and highly recommended trip!

The driver is punctual and helpful. We had a good time in Alpaca World. The Gangchon bike experience is fun, but the winter scenery without snow is dull. The same goes for Nami Island; there was no snowy scenery, but it was a relaxing walk with family. Highly recommended.

Mr. Dong is fantastic! We went to Petite France/Italian Village, Nami Island, and then the Garden of Morning Calm. Communication with him was clear. We left at 8 AM (ideal time). He also secured the tickets for us (he used his company discount), which was a great bonus. He even took pictures of us at the entrance of each destination. He's a wonderful person, an excellent driver, and a navigator. The price is a good deal, given the distance from Seoul. It's also an excellent deal if you have at least 3 people in your group (we had 5 adults in our group) and are not very particular about having an actual tour guide and are okay on your own. We were happy to move at our own pace. Thank you, Mr. Dong!

The Nami Island, Alpaca World, and Rail Bike tour was a fantastic experience! Beautiful scenery, adorable alpacas, and a fun rail bike ride made for a perfect day. The guide was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. Highly recommended for nature lovers and families looking for a unique adventure.

We went to Alpaca World and Garden of Morning Calm. The driver was prompt and friendly. He even helped us get discounted tickets at both places when we got there because the Klook bought tickets wouldn’t scan. The van and driving was very comfortable.

The tour started at 8 AM and ended at 7 PM (an extra 25,000 won was paid for the additional hour). The itinerary included Alpaca World (10 AM - 12:15 PM), lunch (1 PM - 2 PM), rail biking (2:30 PM - 3:30 PM), and Nami Island (4 PM - 5:30 PM). I really wanted to fully experience Alpaca World, which meant less time at Nami Island. The entire trip was very smooth, and the recommended lunch near the rail bike was also delicious.

Nos divertimos mucho con las alpacas a pesar de la lluvia, ¡y también pudimos terminar el recorrido de sellos! Nuestro guía Mark fue muy complaciente y paciente, así que pudimos explorar los lugares a nuestro propio ritmo. This private car rental is worth the price, Mr Kay was so patient with us especially that we were with senior citizens. The car was spacious enough for 7 pax. The trip went smooth and I like the dakgalbi food restaurant he recommended. If travelling with seniors and kids, car rental is a must to avoid any hassle along the way.

Our guide Jenny was so nice! She knows the place well and also the one who booked our entrance tickets ahead of time. We really had a great time. It's better to book the private service, especially if you have seniors and a baby onboard. Thanks again, Klook!

Our guide, Hun, is very nice, polite, and helpful. Although his main responsibility was to drive us to our destinations and back, he went out of his way to give us a full tour experience. He guided us to the entrance of the sites and welcomed us after visiting each site. The vehicle was more than enough to accommodate all 6 of us passengers.
