A very good experience. This was my first time booking this service through Klook. First, Klook's after-sales service is excellent; all my inquiries were resolved quickly. Additionally, Mr. Shin, our driver this time, provided thoughtful and very thorough service in all aspects. The next time I visit Korea, I will definitely seek your help again. The Chuncheon spicy stir-fried chicken recommended by Mr. Shin was delicious.

Our tour guide was an experienced driver who was able to drive us from Myeongdong to Alpaca World. Our trip was supposed to be Alpaca World -> Rail Bike -> Nami Island, but due to the extreme cold, my kids couldn't handle it, and we only went to Alpaca World. Our guide was kind enough to bring us back to Seoul and switch on the heater for my kids to warm up. We skidded twice while going to Alpaca World and heading back to Seoul, but my guide was able to handle the skid swiftly without hitting anything. She made sure we were all okay. She was kind to help out with my kids too!

I decided to pay more for a private transfer for flexibility and rest. We did this tour the day after we arrived in Seoul and knowing we would all be tired, a private transfer moves at your own pace! it was well worth the money and the guide was so very helpful!

Ms. Lee gave us an amazing and safe trip. We had to extend for an hour due to traffic and were traveling with a kid, but as long as the trip was safe and convenient, plus the additional fee wasn't that bad, so all good. She even recommended a good local restaurant for lunch, and it was divine. She's really helpful, assisted us with everything, plus she took good photos of me and my family for us to keep! She might also be a good tour guide, to be honest. Hehe, thank you, Ms. Lee. Until next time!

Ms Lee was good. Took us around and got tickets for us. I thought all my tickets to Nami & Alpaca were in the price, but not the latter. We were late coming back by one and half hours, but she only charged us for 1 hour overtime. Overall we had a good time even though it rained in the morning when we took the zipline across.
