Eddy is the most amazing guide! He is equally knowledgeable and humorous. His detailed explanations helped us to appreciate the centuries of history, culture, and art preserved in the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. I would definitely recommend paying more for a guided experience! It's well worth it!

J'avais réservé une autre visite des musées du Vatican et de la Chapelle Sixtine pour le matin, mais mon fils voulait vraiment monter au dôme. J'hésitais à ajouter cela, craignant que ce ne soit trop de marche pour mon fils et moi après la visite du matin. Je suis heureuse de dire que je suis ravie d'avoir ajouté cela à notre itinéraire, car cela nous a donné l'impression que notre voyage au Vatican était maintenant complet. Quelle façon spéciale et unique de regarder la nef de la basilique d'en haut, et une vue magnifique sur la ville depuis le sommet. Mon fils a dit que c'était l'une des meilleures choses que nous ayons faites de tout le voyage ! Nous avons rencontré les guides devant le café désigné, et ils nous ont aidés à nous accompagner jusqu'au début de la file d'attente. Nous n'avons attendu que 5 minutes pour passer la sécurité, puis nous étions libres de nous promener à l'intérieur de la basilique et de monter au dôme à l'heure qui nous était impartie.

This was so worth the amount paid. I got the three attractions pass and was able to book the Vatican Museums, Colosseum, and the Castel Sant'Angelo with this pass. It was extremely convenient and easy to use.

The electronic voucher provided by the Klook platform cannot be used directly. Please remember to report to the staff at the designated meeting point mentioned in the email sent by the organizer at the specified time. After checking in, the tour guide will distribute tickets and audio guides to the group members (please keep your tickets safe, as they will be checked at least twice after entering the Vatican). Our tour guide was very dedicated and knowledgeable, providing us with detailed explanations of the history and interesting facts about the Vatican and its architecture, which was very enriching. Please note that once you leave a building within the Vatican, you cannot re-enter it. If you wish to visit again, you will need to purchase another ticket (for example, once you leave the museum for the chapel, you cannot return to the museum). Also, this tour does not include Raphael's Rooms. Tickets to climb the dome need to be purchased separately. The dome has two levels: the first level has 300 steps (with an elevator), and the second level to the very top has 200 steps (no elevator). From there, you can overlook the entire city from Rome's tallest building.

Everything went well on this tour. I just feel like the itinerary was fast-paced, but I would still say it’s worth it. We had ample time to see the highlights of the trip. After the tour, you have the opportunity to spend your time in St Peter’s Basilica and explore the vast surroundings including the Pieta and souvenir shop.

the guide Stefano was so knowledgeable that he shared a lot of stories and insights on the museum and chapel. He was frank and humorous! a very lovely guide! I really enjoyed the tour a lot.

It's super easy to walk in, and you don't have to wait in line at all. And that was really perfect for me.

She made sure everyone stayed together and never felt lost, which we really appreciated given how busy it can be. Her explanations were clear, engaging, and full of insight, bringing the history and artwork to life. Good information before and during the visit. Almost no queue because we had booked. Others stood in very long queues in the sun in front of the church. The climb up to the dome is long and hard but incredibly beautiful. Highly recommended from here.

I was suspicious at how cheap this was at first compared to all the other tours on Viator and Get Your Guide, but this tour saved me and my friend as a last minute booking! Amazing tour partner Towns of Italy with a hilarious but very knowledgeable tour guide Daniela leading our pack. Highly recommend as the Vatican Museums + St Peters Basilica are beast of history and art in itself.

I highly recommend visiting the Vatican Museums. Upon arrival at the meeting point, the guide meticulously explained the process, distributed tickets, and led us through the fast-track entrance. We also downloaded the audio guide app. If you have time, purchasing a guided tour is worthwhile, as the museum houses an extensive collection, with each piece telling a fascinating story. The experience with explanations was excellent.

The local tour guide always smile and is super friendly. I enjoyed the tour very much.
