Eddy is the most amazing guide! He is equally knowledgeable and humorous. His detailed explanations helped us to appreciate the centuries of history, culture, and art preserved in the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. I would definitely recommend paying more for a guided experience! It's well worth it!

I did the night walking tour with Carpe Diem Tour. It was absolutely amazing! Our guide Maham is so well-versed, and she gave us a lot of bite-sized knowledge and interesting facts about the city. I love how passionate she is about her job! She also introduced us to nice places to visit and go to! Love it and would recommend everyone to book this tour!

We bought the tickets to skip the queue but there was no queue in the early morning in January. However, the lift access was worth it cause the steps was quite high, therefore was harder to climb. Thanks to no crowd, we took our time up on the dome and taking photos. The architecture, the art works and the views were just amazing amazing. There is a little gift shop on top of the basilica which offers nice presents for loved ones.

Our Vatican Museums tour was outstanding. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive throughout the entire experience. She made sure everyone stayed together and never felt lost, which we really appreciated given how busy it can be. Her explanations were clear, engaging, and full of insight, bringing the history and artwork to life. She guided us seamlessly through the museums—truly a magnificent experience from start to finish.

The electronic voucher provided by the Klook platform cannot be used directly. Please remember to report to the staff at the designated meeting point mentioned in the email sent by the organizer at the specified time. After checking in, the tour guide will distribute tickets and audio guides to the group members (please keep your tickets safe, as they will be checked at least twice after entering the Vatican). Our tour guide was very dedicated and knowledgeable, providing us with detailed explanations of the history and interesting facts about the Vatican and its architecture, which was very enriching. Please note that once you leave a building within the Vatican, you cannot re-enter it. If you wish to visit again, you will need to purchase another ticket (for example, once you leave the museum for the chapel, you cannot return to the museum). Also, this tour does not include Raphael's Rooms. Tickets to climb the dome need to be purchased separately. The dome has two levels: the first level has 300 steps (with an elevator), and the second level to the very top has 200 steps (no elevator). From there, you can overlook the entire city from Rome's tallest building.

When I bought it, there were no reviews yet. Later, when I saw the reviews, I got very nervous because three out of four were negative, and the platform didn't support refunds, so I had to take a gamble. Luckily, it was successfully redeemed in the end, but it was a bit troublesome. You can't directly scan the electronic QR code; you have to find a staff member next to the small shop in front of the Foot Locker store and exchange it for a paper ticket to successfully enter St. Peter's Basilica. Before going to the museum, you have to go to the shop diagonally opposite to exchange it again. However, the fast pass was still good, saving a lot of queuing.

I was suspicious at how cheap this was at first compared to all the other tours on Viator and Get Your Guide, but this tour saved me and my friend as a last minute booking! Amazing tour partner Towns of Italy with a hilarious but very knowledgeable tour guide Daniela leading our pack. Highly recommend as the Vatican Museums + St Peters Basilica are beast of history and art in itself.

I visited the Vatican Museums, which was what I was most looking forward to during my trip to Rome. Since I heard it was very large and had many artworks, I booked a docent tour, and it was an excellent decision. If I had gone alone, I probably would have just vaguely glanced at the famous paintings without knowing what anything was, and then left exhausted. The tour was a strenuous walk, more than I expected, but our guide efficiently led us through the route and shared fascinating behind-the-scenes stories about the artworks, so there was never a dull moment. The emotion I felt when I saw Raphael's 'The School of Athens,' which I had only seen in textbooks, in person is still vivid. The highlight was definitely Michelangelo's ceiling frescoes in the Sistine Chapel. Photography is prohibited inside, so I had to take it all in with my eyes, but remembering Michelangelo's solitary working process, which our guide explained before we entered, made me feel completely overwhelmed by the artwork. I highly recommend it!!!

This tour, which focuses on night views and snap photography, is highly recommended for couples! The guide provides a lot of explanations, and as you walk and listen, you'll stop for snap photos, then continue to see historical sites and hear more explanations, moving along and taking more pictures! Both the guide and the photographer were incredibly kind and gave great directions, making the photo shoot very comfortable and enjoyable. I haven't received the photos yet, but I'm really looking forward to them!

the guide Stefano was so knowledgeable that he shared a lot of stories and insights on the museum and chapel. He was frank and humorous! a very lovely guide! I really enjoyed the tour a lot.

The ticket exchange staff will be waiting at the designated spot, with a prominent white flag placed next to the restaurant. They will then lead all group members to queue together. Today, the first security check took an hour and a half, and then queuing to go up to the rooftop took another hour. It's quite tiring if you don't have strong legs. The tour leader said today was already considered fast, so you should allocate at least 4 hours here before booking anything else, otherwise, you'll be rushing like me.

There were the booking group who waited for us at the specified location and our guide, an elderly lady (didn't get her name) was very knowledgeable about the Vatican City. I learnt a lot from this trip. Also, it was superb to see the stamina and enthusiasm of the guide which kept us also wanting for more.
