The entry process was very smooth. We easily found the meeting point. We originally thought staff would escort us in, but it turned out we just needed to collect a paper QR code for entry and then follow the designated entrance lane. We arrived at 9 AM and basically walked straight in without queuing. The cathedral is magnificent and beautiful, and the square in front is also very large. I highly recommend visiting.

When I bought it, there were no reviews yet. Later, when I saw the reviews, I got very nervous because three out of four were negative, and the platform didn't support refunds, so I had to take a gamble. Luckily, it was successfully redeemed in the end, but it was a bit troublesome. You can't directly scan the electronic QR code; you have to find a staff member next to the small shop in front of the Foot Locker store and exchange it for a paper ticket to successfully enter St. Peter's Basilica. Before going to the museum, you have to go to the shop diagonally opposite to exchange it again. However, the fast pass was still good, saving a lot of queuing.

The church is incredibly, incredibly, incredibly beautiful. Your e-ticket will be sent to your WhatsApp on the morning of your visit. There's no need to pick up a physical ticket from staff on-site (paper ticket collection is under the orange umbrella by the tree next to the square). Remember to arrive an hour early as it can be a bit chaotic with many entrance gates. You can easily spend three hours there because it's so stunning, you won't know where to look first. The best part is, it has air conditioning!

This product is absolutely rubbish. You don’t need a ticket to visit St Paul’s Cathedral, nor do you have to queue to get in – I really don’t know why they’ve listed this product at all. I booked it a day in advance, realised there was a mistake with the booking, and requested a refund. I was in contact with Klook’s customer service all day, but they never offered a refund solution. In the end, they only gave me a £10 voucher, which has to be used on specific products – it’s absolutely ridiculous.

It's incredibly beautiful inside, but it's far too big, and I couldn't navigate it properly. My feet felt like they weren't my own from all the walking. It's such a shame that photography isn't allowed in the Sistine Chapel, and there were so many people. For St. Peter's Basilica, you need to set aside some time to visit the Papal Tombs; I went too late and they were already closed.
