This was one of the best tours I have experienced in Vatican City. Unfortunately, the tour guide was not present; they provided the tickets via SMS. We had to use the tickets and navigate ourselves. For St. Peter's Basilica, we were not allowed to use the skip-the-line tickets because the guide was absent, so we had to wait. Overall, it was a good experience, though I believe they might need to improve their service. Otherwise, everything was good.

Best first access tour guide ever for vatican experience in the early morning with lesser crowd and quick security check. We chose th small group of 8 where we could truly experience the journey and asked as many questions as we could. Credit to our guide, Lora, where she explained the artpieces and history of Vatican Museums, Sistine chapel, courtyard and Basilica in very slow and detail manner.

Fantastisk oplevelse! Vi fik en rigtig god guide, Martina, som taler flydende engelsk. Hun er sjov, meget kommunikativ og meget villig til at hjælpe. Hun guidede os gennem Vatikanmuseerne og Det Sixtinske Kapel og gennemgik de vigtigste ting, man skulle se. Vi sætter pris på, at hun også tog os med ind i Raffaelles værelser, hvor vi så "Skolen i Athen". Elskede det. Vi kom også ind i Peterskirken via VIP-adgang, hvilket sparede os utrolig meget tid. Vi kom også gennem Den Hellige Dør, som åbnede i år i jubilæumsåret, der finder sted hvert 25. år. Fantastisk. Umiddelbart til højre så vi Michelangelos Pietà. Baldakinen i basilikaen er også fantastisk. Skal ses. Denne tur har så meget at se. Så fornøjeligt!

We were a group of 9, which made our Vatican tour a private group, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The 2-hour ish tour was seamless and highly recommended. Elisa was warm, friendly, and very informative—explaining everything clearly and patiently, especially with the kids. She was also flexible and adjusted the tour based on what we wanted to see, which made the experience even more personal. Her deep knowledge truly amazed us and brought the Vatican to life. She kept us engaged by asking questions throughout, making the tour interactive and fun. We highly recommend her!

Optamos por un guía turístico chino. Busque a una persona con la tarjeta de panda turístico en el café Giuly. El recorrido duró aproximadamente 3 horas. El guía era muy conocedor. No puedo imaginarme entrar y moverme por la Ciudad del Vaticano sin un guía experimentado. Tuve que terminar el recorrido antes porque el clima era demasiado caluroso en julio. La experiencia general fue excelente y recomendaré este tour a mis amigos.

We had a great time going through the Vatican Museum. It was useful having a guide as there was simply too much to see. Our guide showed us exactly what to look at and the history of it. We had an amazing time. It was a shame the tour doesn't allow access into the Basilica anymore. We were told in advance and had made a separate booking, but it seemed like there were other tours that allowed direct access to the Basilica.

Our guide Sarah was terrific! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the art and buildings. Sarah made sure we knew exactly where to go and what to look at. I would definitely recommend this tour with her as the guide!

If you are into art and history, you should definitely book this activity. Otherwise, you will never know the interpretations or the story behind the paintings and the artist. We were guided by Catalina and she explained some interesting facts about Michelangelo and his paintings in the Sistine Chapel.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot from the tour. The Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museum were breathtaking so make sure you wouldn't miss this. She was also very patient, gave us the chance to take pictures, bio break and instructions to the group were very clear. Lucky also that everyone in the group tour of about 20 pax followed instructions. The tour was worth it! My family was able to see 3 sites in one tour.

J'ai eu le privilège d'être guidé par un guide incroyablement professionnel et compétent lors de ma visite au musée. J'ai passé environ 4 à 5 heures à explorer le musée et c'était un rêve devenu réalité pour moi. Je recommande vivement cette expérience enrichissante et j'attends avec impatience ma prochaine visite !
