Good information before and during the visit. Almost no queue because we had booked. Others stood in very long queues in the sun in front of the church. The climb up to the dome is long and hard but incredibly beautiful. Highly recommended from here.

Climbing to the top of St. Peter's Basilica dome is both a challenging and unforgettable experience. Although the ascent up the narrow, winding staircase can be tiring, all the effort transforms into a sense of awe upon reaching the summit and gazing out over the entire Vatican City and Rome. The magnificent interior of the dome is exquisitely decorated, and viewing it up close truly allows one to appreciate the grandeur of the architecture and the beauty of the art. Standing high above, feeling the gentle breeze, fills one with peace and reverence—it truly is a climb worth remembering.

The ticket exchange staff will be waiting at the designated spot, with a prominent white flag placed next to the restaurant. They will then lead all group members to queue together. Today, the first security check took an hour and a half, and then queuing to go up to the rooftop took another hour. It's quite tiring if you don't have strong legs. The tour leader said today was already considered fast, so you should allocate at least 4 hours here before booking anything else, otherwise, you'll be rushing like me.

Climbing to the dome to overlook the entire Vatican is truly breathtaking. The frescoes and statues inside St. Peter's Basilica are magnificent, making it impossible to blink! These sights truly need to be appreciated in person; a camera can only capture a thousandth of their beauty.

I think booking a trip with the guys was better and faster than the normal route. The Vatican is so vast; just the trip to the top takes almost half of your day, and the rest of the day can be spent within the basilica itself. It was a grand experience and totally worth it.

There are too many people here, and it seems impossible to go without the help of a company. I received a WhatsApp message in advance informing me of a time change, and a kind agency staff member helped me enter safely. The path up to the dome was narrow and difficult, but the view of St. Peter's Square from the top of the dome was well worth it. I highly recommend this place; there seemed to be an elevator for those with leg pain. I just walked up.

Recomendo ir à Basílica de São Pedro. Foi uma experiência diferente ir à cúpula :) Este bilhete tornou a experiência tranquila - não esperamos em nenhuma fila e o guia nos levou até a entrada. É sempre melhor ir de manhã, com menos multidão.

The redemption process is smooth, and a tour guide will escort you to the dome access. The 550 steps are not really hard, and it's worth going up to enjoy an exceptional view from the top.
