Fantastisk oplevelse. Vi følte os meget sikre, og piloten og besætningen var meget erfarne. Du vil blive informeret dagen før, om flyvningen finder sted. Der er en alkoholfri champagne og certifikatpræsentation efter landing. Du har mulighed for at købe en 360-video, der fangede fantastiske udsigter og vinkler. Vi fløj over skyerne, så det var en fantastisk følelse, og hele turen tog omkring 45 minutter. Absolut det værd og kan varmt anbefales. Klæd dig komfortabelt og varmt om vinteren, og der er ingen toiletter.

There's a shuttle service to the hotel and it drops you off at the balloon launch site. Safety is quite good; they even explain how to disembark from the balloon. The balloon ride itself isn't scary. If you can't go to Cappadocia, then Pamukkale is a good alternative. The scenery will be different; you'll see a white landscape below. If you come to Turkey, I recommend taking a hot air balloon ride.

Due to the weather, my hot air balloon ride was canceled twice in Cappadocia and once in Pamukkale, but I finally got to ride it in the end. The hot air balloon wasn't as scary as I thought and it was an enjoyable experience. They even let us ride longer than the regulated 45 minutes, and the pilot's skills were excellent. It would have been an even more wonderful experience if I had ridden it in Cappadocia, but it was still a good experience.

The driver and tour guide were both excellent and very professional in their explanations. They also cared about whether we could understand. Because the journey was long, they took us to a rest stop in the morning to use the restroom and have breakfast. On the way back, they also took us to a rest stop. Upon arriving at Pamukkale, they first gave an explanation, and then we had free time. I can only say that Pamukkale is very large, with many historical sites. It's impossible to walk the entire route, so you can only choose the places you are interested in visiting. Lunch was a buffet, where you could choose your favorite items, but drinks were extra.

The tour guide Baron and the driver are friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle is large, clean, comfortable, and the buffet lunch is quite good and Turkish style.

We had a great time - pickup was smooth, we had enough time to explore the sites ourselves and the tour guide is very informative and entertaining. 10/10. Highlight of our trip, thank you.

I was a bit concerned about this tour agency as they hadn't contacted us until 7 pm on the previous day regarding pick-up details. After that, we tried to contact them, and they confirmed the pick-up time and told us the pick-up would be from the hotel. But the next morning, the driver contacted us as he could not see us at the pick-up location, which was a 7-minute walk from the hotel. We had to rush to that point since the bus was waiting for us. Everything except this miscommunication was good. We were given 3 hours at Hierapolis for sightseeing. 3 hours won't be sufficient to cover the whole area and the ancient city within the same premise. They stopped for breakfast. The lunch was an awesome buffet.

Our guide Lisa was great! The drive is long from Kusadasi but worth it, and we had some stops for coffee, snacks and the restroom. We had enough time to see everything we wanted.

It was excellent from start to finish. Seeing the ancient Roman architecture and Pamukkale was truly beautiful. This tour was all-inclusive, so there was no need to pay extra for admission tickets or lunch. The lunch was a bit underwhelming and not very appealing. At the very beginning, they took us to a shopping area, which felt a bit like a tour group in mainland China, but overall, it was a good experience and worth going.
