Avaliações
Our guide, Osman, was incredibly kind. Even though there were many people, and it must have been difficult to manage, he paid close attention to each and every one of us. The food was also incredibly delicious. Haha. Although the schedule started early, it was the best tour I had in Turkey. Lol.
Our guide was really helpful and even lent us some cash as we didn't bring any. He gave us brief information about the place and would even emphasize the time we would spend on each itinerary. The bus was comfortable, although a little tension occurred between some passengers, but it was later resolved. I would definitely recommend the tour; just make sure you get enough rest before joining and wear comfortable clothing and bring water! ☺️
I recently had the most amazing travel experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our exceptional tour guide Usmaan. From the moment the trip began, he brought the perfect balance of professionalism, knowledge, and personality. Every stop on our journey was enriched with fascinating stories, local insights, and hidden gems we would have never found on our own. Usmaan was not only incredibly well-informed but also genuinely passionate about the culture and history of the places we visited. He was always patient with questions, attentive to everyone’s needs, and full of helpful tips that made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. He made the entire experience stress-free and unforgettable. If you’re planning a trip and want it to be memorable for all the right reasons, having a great tour as Usmaan guide makes all the difference. Thank you and hope to see you again.
I was a bit concerned about this tour agency as they hadn't contacted us until 7 pm on the previous day regarding pick-up details. After that, we tried to contact them, and they confirmed the pick-up time and told us the pick-up would be from the hotel. But the next morning, the driver contacted us as he could not see us at the pick-up location, which was a 7-minute walk from the hotel. We had to rush to that point since the bus was waiting for us. Everything except this miscommunication was good. We were given 3 hours at Hierapolis for sightseeing. 3 hours won't be sufficient to cover the whole area and the ancient city within the same premise. They stopped for breakfast. The lunch was an awesome buffet.
Recommended tour. Our guide Osman did a good job. His explanations on the Hierapolis ruins were clear. He gave us enough time to walk around Pamukkale travertines and visit the museum. Even though there was a lot of walking at the Hierapolis grounds, he ensured that no one was left behind. Lunch at Castella Villa was wonderful. The buffet spread was delicious with a lot of choices. Overall, we enjoyed the trip.
My only complaint with this tour is the three stopovers on our way to Pamukkale. For each stopover, we were given 30 minutes, and even longer at the Onyx shop (for demonstration/sales). The time spent at these places should be reduced as the allotted three hours is not sufficient to enjoy Pamukkale, the Ancient City, and Cleopatra's Bath. On our way back to Antalya, there was only one stopover, which proves that tour participants don't need too many stops. Imagine, the travel time from Antalya to the site was 6.5 hours, including pickup and stopovers, while our travel time from the site to our hotel was only 3.5 hours with a stopover.
The experience was great.
Although we set off early, arriving at Pamukkale without clashing with other tour groups and being able to take photos at our leisure was truly worthwhile! I was worried that everyone would be too early to have breakfast, so they arranged for us to stop at a rest stop where we could have a traditional breakfast and use the restrooms, which was very thoughtful! The tour guide diligently explained the history of the ancient city and Pamukkale, and also shared the little stories of Apollo and King Midas's donkey ears 🤣. We also had over an hour of free time, allowing everyone to choose whether to visit the northern part of the ancient city, the museum, participate in hot air ballooning or paragliding, or go to the best photo spot in Pamukkale 📷. For lunch, we even went to a luxurious restaurant to enjoy a delicious buffet! I truly loved and enjoyed this trip, everyone definitely shouldn't miss it!
I wanted to go to Pamukkale, and I had a very fulfilling trip through the tour. Our guide, Osman, explained everything in detail and in a very pleasant way, making the day fun and informative. Also, I left my hat in the car during the tour, and it was safely returned to me the next day through the guide. Thank you for contacting me first about the hat's whereabouts and for your great care.
Although it's a late review, I'm posting it. The schedule was a 5:30 AM pickup in Antalya and a 5:30 PM arrival. In conclusion, if you're hesitant about Pamukkale due to time and travel, I highly recommend it. Pamukkale was a place where even this amount of time was sufficient. The guide I was with (I forgot their name, unfortunately) explained everything perfectly and gave us enough free time to fully enjoy Pamukkale. There were many reviews saying the lunch was not good, but perhaps because I'm an older woman, I didn't find it bad. Especially the chicken was good! I recommend it.
