Amazing experience. After two cancellations in Cappadocia, this was my last chance to participate in a hot air balloon ride, and it was only possible thanks to this tour in Pamukkale. The site was magical, and I loved every bit of it.

SKIP purchasing anything from the shopping stop at Tezcan Onyx. The morning after our creditcard was compromised with several transactions from "uber" and it was a headache making an international call back to stop the fraudulent transaction. We never used Uber for our trip. Tezcan was the only stop we had used the creditcard with pin verification. We checked the reviews online were also shocked to see how most people said the prices and qualities were a SCAM. They provide an "authenticity card" however doing some research online it seems like what you purchase is the "synthetic" version of some stones with a paper handwritten quality of the authenticity certification. Very disappointed and misleading to how a Tour will purposely bring us to places like this. Unfortunately an expensive lesson. Prepare for a long ride 2.5 hour to 3 hour non-stop in a Van that accommodates about 10 people. Bring a small fan with you as the AC isn't that strong and it gets very hot in the back sitting near the back of the van. There is a break at the start and 30 mins to the end of the trip. Honestly, the tour itself minus the shopping and long car ride was worth it! We opted to watch the hot air Ballon and the view was incredible. The tour also includes simple breakfast and large buffet lunch. There's no need to purchase your own food. Recommended to bring your own bottled water and sunscreen sunglasses and good walking shoes. I would recommend to skip the cleopatra pool as it's pretty small and it's full of people and it's hot when the temperature is also hot. But if you decide to go bring your own tool and flip flop. Bring comfortable walking shoes and keep hydrated as it gets hot. It was 32 degrees C and there's hardly any shaded areas in Hieropolis. Enjoy!

Pamukkale has beautiful scenery, but you need to buy a ticket, which costs 30 euros. For me, the price is expensive. When buying tickets, you can check if the Pamukkale entrance fee is included, which would be more cost-effective. When going to see the hot air balloons, check the weather in advance. On a clear day, you can watch the sunrise. When I went, the weather was quite cold, and there was no sunrise, but the hot air balloons were very romantic and touching. Bring your swimsuit, as some of the water in Pamukkale is hot and suitable for hot springs. The water inside is clear, so definitely bring a swimsuit. There are also some architectural ruins inside.

We had a good experience. Our guide, İnci Koygulu, was wonderful. She told us the story behind the theatre and the culture of the people.

Tuvimos un vuelo en globo aerostático absolutamente fantástico. Nos decepcionó muchísimo habernos perdido el globo aerostático en Capadocia debido al clima. Sin embargo, combinamos el globo aerostático con Pamukkale y Hierápolis y pasamos un día maravilloso.

We couldn’t proceed with the trip as it was cancelled due to bad weather, which also prevented us from taking the hot air balloon ride.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the arrangements for this trip. Firstly, the itinerary was inexplicably cancelled without notification, catching me completely off guard. Moreover, the Klook customer service, without proper investigation, told me to wait in the lobby at the scheduled time on the day, causing me to waste time and effort for nothing. This handling severely impacted my experience and reflects serious oversights in the service process. I hope Klook can provide a reasonable explanation for this and commit to future improvements to prevent similar situations from happening again.
