It's very convenient; you can enter the attraction immediately without waiting in line, saving time and hassle. You receive your e-ticket right after booking, and there's even a mobile audio guide that you can continue listening to at home within the validity period. The complimentary sightseeing boat tour is also fantastic; you get to see many classic buildings along the river. I chose the 5 PM slot, which was perfect for watching the sunset—absolutely beautiful! ❤️

Both the driver and the tour guide were excellent and very professional in their explanations. They also made sure we understood everything. Since the drive was long, they took us to a rest stop in the morning so we could use the restroom and grab some breakfast. On the way back, they also took us to a rest stop. Upon arriving at Pamukkale, they first gave us an explanation, and then we had free time to explore. I can only say that Pamukkale is vast, with many ancient ruins, so it's impossible to see everything. You can only choose the areas that interest you. Lunch was a buffet, where you could pick your favorite items, but drinks were an additional charge.

Rejselederen Baron og chaufføren er venlige og vidende. Køretøjet er stort, rent og komfortabelt, og frokosten er buffet i tyrkisk stil, ret god.

We had a great time - pickup was smooth, we had enough time to explore the sites ourselves and the tour guide is very informative and entertaining. 10/10. Highlight of our trip, thank you.

Afhentningen fra vores hotel i Izmir var til tiden. Vi blev i den samme bil (Mercedes Sprinter) fra afhentning til aflevering, og det var meget behageligt. Mustafa, vores turguide, forklarede alt meget tydeligt og besvarede alle spørgsmål, og hjalp os også med at tage familiebilleder. Det var en god oplevelse at se Hierapolis. Vi ville ønske, vi havde haft mere tid til at udforske. Og desværre for os var Kleopatras bad lukket på grund af renovering. Frokosten var god med et udvalg af mad, flot udsigt og gode faciliteter. Kan varmt anbefales. Tak.

I was bit concerned about this tour agency as they haven't contacted us till 7pm on the previous day regarding pick up details. After that we tried to contact them and they confirmed the pick up time and told pick up will be from hotel. But next morning the driver contacted us as he could not see us in the pickup location which was 7 minute walk from the hotel. We had to rush to that point since the bus was waiting for us. All except this mis communication was good. We have provided 3 hours time in heiropolin for sight seeing. 3 hours wont be sufficient to cover the whole area and ancient city within the same premise. They halted for breakfast. The lunch was an awesome buffet.

Our guide Lisa was great! The drive is long from Kusadasi but worth it, and we had some stops for coffee, snacks and the restroom. We had enough time to see everything we wanted.

Fantastisk oplevelse. Vi følte os meget trygge, og piloten og besætningen var meget erfarne. Du vil blive informeret dagen før, om flyvningen finder sted. Der er en alkoholfri champagne og certifikatpræsentation efter landing. Du har mulighed for at købe en 360-video, der fangede fantastiske udsigter og vinkler. Vi fløj over skyerne, så det var en fantastisk følelse, og hele turen tog omkring 45 minutter. Absolut det værd og kan varmt anbefales. Klæd dig komfortabelt og varmt om vinteren, og der er ingen toiletter.

It was excellent from start to finish. Seeing the ancient Roman architecture and Pamukkale was truly beautiful. This tour was all-inclusive, so there was no need to pay extra for admission tickets or lunch. The lunch was a bit underwhelming and not very appealing. At the very beginning, they took us to a shopping area, which felt a bit like a tour group in mainland China, but overall, it was a good experience and worth going.
