Both the driver and the tour guide were excellent and very professional in their explanations. They also made sure we understood everything. Since the drive was long, they took us to a rest stop in the morning so we could use the restroom and grab some breakfast. On the way back, they also took us to a rest stop. Upon arriving at Pamukkale, they first gave us an explanation, and then we had free time to explore. I can only say that Pamukkale is vast, with many ancient ruins, so it's impossible to see everything. You can only choose the areas that interest you. Lunch was a buffet, where you could pick your favorite items, but drinks were an additional charge.

El guia turístic Baron i el conductor són amables i tenen molts coneixements. El vehicle és gran, net i còmode, i el dinar és tipus bufet i d'estil turc, força bo.

We had a great time - pickup was smooth, we had enough time to explore the sites ourselves and the tour guide is very informative and entertaining. 10/10. Highlight of our trip, thank you.

I was bit concerned about this tour agency as they haven't contacted us till 7pm on the previous day regarding pick up details. After that we tried to contact them and they confirmed the pick up time and told pick up will be from hotel. But next morning the driver contacted us as he could not see us in the pickup location which was 7 minute walk from the hotel. We had to rush to that point since the bus was waiting for us. All except this mis communication was good. We have provided 3 hours time in heiropolin for sight seeing. 3 hours wont be sufficient to cover the whole area and ancient city within the same premise. They halted for breakfast. The lunch was an awesome buffet.

Our guide Lisa was great! The drive is long from Kusadasi but worth it, and we had some stops for coffee, snacks and the restroom. We had enough time to see everything we wanted.

It was excellent from start to finish. Seeing the ancient Roman architecture and Pamukkale was truly beautiful. This tour was all-inclusive, so there was no need to pay extra for admission tickets or lunch. The lunch was a bit underwhelming and not very appealing. At the very beginning, they took us to a shopping area, which felt a bit like a tour group in mainland China, but overall, it was a good experience and worth going.

Una experiència fantàstica. Ens vam sentir molt segurs i el pilot i la tripulació eren molt experimentats. Se us informarà el dia abans si el vol es realitzarà. Hi ha un brindis amb xampany sense alcohol i una presentació de certificats després de l'aterratge. Teniu l'opció de comprar un vídeo 360 que va capturar vistes i angles increïbles. Vam anar per sobre dels núvols, així que va ser una sensació increïble i tot el viatge va durar uns 45 minuts. Val la pena totalment i ho recomano molt. Vesteix-te còmodament i abrigat durant l'hivern, i no hi ha lavabo.

Hi ha un servei de trasllat a l'hotel i et deixen al punt d'enlairament del globus. La seguretat és bastant bona, i fins i tot t'expliquen com baixar del globus. El globus es mou sense ser massa aterridor. Si no pots pujar a Capadòcia, fes-ho a Pamukkale. La bellesa serà diferent, veuràs el paisatge de sota de color blanc. Si vens a Turquia, et recomano que pugis en globus.

My Cappadocia balloon ride was canceled twice due to the weather, and the Pamukkale ride was canceled once. I finally got to ride on the last try. The hot air balloon wasn't as scary as I thought it would be, and it was a fun experience. They even gave us more ride time than the stipulated 45 minutes, and the pilot's skills were excellent. It would have been a more wonderful experience if I had ridden in Cappadocia, but it was still a good experience.
