Istanbul

The staff there were very nice and friendly. They even picked us up from the metro station if you’re coming from the european side, and the transport fee was on them. Our instructor Mehmet, explained everything very clearly. During the workshop, we had unlimited water, turkish tea and cookies. Even after I got back to my country, i had an issue with my lamp and i reached out to them for some advice. The staff were super helpful in getting it fixed. They even provided a video to make sure i fixed it properly. You can really see the effort they put in. Overall, i had such a nice experience there. Highly recommended!

Vi ankom lidt tidligere end planlagt og fik serveret tyrkisk te, mens vi ventede, hvilket var en rigtig fin gestus. Til vores overraskelse endte vi med kun at være os to på workshoppen! Det føltes som en privat, afslappet session. Stor tak til Rustam for tålmodigt at besvare alle vores spørgsmål (vi havde mange lol), mens Hussein også sluttede sig til os. Selvom det var meningen, at det skulle vare 2 timer, blev vi næsten 2,5 timer, fordi vi havde det så sjovt. Vi lærte om tyrkisk kaffes historie, malede bønnerne selv, prøvede pistaciekaffe (så god, at jeg købte noget med hjem!), og nød endda spådomssessionen. Vi modtog også en lille souvenir, hvilket vi virkelig satte pris på. Tak for en så varm og mindeværdig oplevelse i Istanbul! PS: Rustam, overanstreng dig ikke! ⭐️

it was soooo much fun! Ilham was such a fun and informative instructor. He was very interactive with us and engaged with us. i would recommend taking this class when you’re in istanbul. its in a very artsy and colorful area, so much inspiration around. and you get to take home something turkish that you made by hand 🫶🏻

If you're Korean and feel like you've seen all the tourist spots in Turkey, you absolutely must try this. Honestly, I was hesitant at first because it was less than 30,000 won after a discount, and there weren't many reviews. But it turned out to be incredibly good value for money and very satisfying. When I went, one instructor taught a class of about 15 people in both English and Turkish. They gave detailed advice, like which scents wouldn't go well together, if a scent was too strong, or the best mixing ratios, which helped me create my own satisfying perfume. There was a good variety of perfume essences available, like saffron and milk, and the price also included refreshments such as coffee, tea, and snacks. Even during the class, if you just tell the staff what you'd like to drink, they'll prepare it right away. At the end, they even carefully packaged it with bubble wrap, so I didn't have to worry about putting it in my luggage. It's so affordable that you might wonder if there are any hidden extra charges, but there aren't; they even cover the subway fare from the pickup location to the workshop. Thanks to this, I'm taking home a very special memory :)

Kübra was a really lovely facilitator and conducted the workshop so well! She was very thorough in the storytelling and make the workshop very interactive. We enjoyed it a lot and had a great time.
