The 3-day unlimited travel card in Turkey 🇹🇷 allowed me, as a solo traveler, to quickly get familiar with the local transportation. I used this card to ride the subway, bus, metro, ferry ⛴️, and cable car, and I was so happy with it! 😁

Loved the explanation provided by our tour guide Ugur, he was also happy to assist with any questions and recommendations for places to visit. Ugur has a good sense of humour. We tasted a great variety of food and drinks during the tour, it was worth it for tourist wanting to know more about Turkish food. Fun to visit the Asia side of Turkey which was definitely overlooked compared to the European side. However, for the price we paid for the tour, I expect to feel very full after the food tour but instead we still need more food for dinner.

I bought a Klook pass, which averaged out to about 1400 NTD per experience, super high CP value! Otherwise, other Turkish baths start at 2000 NTD. I experienced it with my 10-year-old son, and it was a bit crowded for two people to lie on the platform (this platform should be designed for one person to lie on!). Girls can wear bikinis, but I'm a backpacker and didn't want to bring so many things, so I just wore underwear. They scrub your whole body first, then lather you with soap, and the most fun part is squeezing a bunch of bubbles all over you. Finally, they wash your hair and apply a mud mask. It's a very special experience, and you must try it when you come to Turkey. Because you can't take pictures inside, I'm only posting a picture of the entrance. The rest are pictures of Istanbul!

What an amazing experience! You absolutely must try a traditional Turkish bath in this historic building if you visit Turkey! Ladies, please note that even if you ask them not to scrub your face, they will wash your hair, and when rinsing, they'll pour water over your head quite generously. If this concerns you, it's best to schedule it as the last activity of the day, so you can go straight back to your hotel and sleep after getting clean. We purchased the 60-minute experience, and after a full day of walking up and down hills in Istanbul, the Turkish bath combined with a massage felt incredibly therapeutic. It's definitely worth trying!

🇹🇷 Field Test! On my only free day during a business trip, I actually became a king in an underground Turkish palace?! During this business trip to Turkey, I finally managed to squeeze out one free day. Time is precious, so I absolutely couldn't risk a bad experience! Before departing, I booked this “world's largest underground water palace” tour directly on Klook. I have to say, the “skip-the-line voucher” is truly a lifesaver for travelers on a tight schedule! Seeing the endless queue of people at the entrance, I simply walked right in with my phone, smooth as silk. The satisfaction of saving that time instantly earned it 100 points! Stepping inside, only one word can describe it: “awe-inspiring.” This incredible ancient Roman underground hydraulic engineering marvel—I initially thought it was just a regular reservoir a few dozen meters long. But after checking on-site, I discovered its actual size is a staggering 138 x 65 meters (more than double the 70x40 meters I had in mind, truly a gigantic underground palace)! The magical lighting on the colossal stone columns, which have been dormant for thousands of years, and the perfect reflections on the water's surface make the entire space feel infinitely vast. Walking along the pathways, it felt like I was instantly transported into a scene from “The Da Vinci Code,” making me completely forget my business trip fatigue. The inverted Medusa head deep inside is an absolute must-see mysterious highlight! If you're like me, with limited time in Istanbul, don't want to waste time waiting in lines, and still want to see the most essential wonders, this place is definitely worth every penny!
