Absolutely stunning tour. Our tour guide, Linda, was so sweet, knowledgeable, and made the tour even more fun. She even helped us with getting to the bullet train station afterwards, which she did not have to do. All the locations we went to were beautiful! Definitely recommend this tour. :D

Fuji—highly recommended, I was not sure if we will be able to see My,Fuji but we got lucky Gwen was an amazing tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and organized, making our Mt. Fuji trip enjoyable and memorable from start to finish.

Having a small group tour is better than a large bus tour. There's always communication with everyone. Our guide, Lee, is kind and drives carefully. Even though it was raining, Mr. Lee still stopped at every place listed on the itinerary. He tried to explain the history and bits and pieces of the places we visited. Overall, it was a good experience. Just a bit sad because we didn't see Mt. Fuji since it was raining 😞

Best Guide Won Yang!!!!! Hakone/Mt. Fuji One-Day Tour Review 🗻 (feat. The Best Guide) I went on a Hakone/Mt. Fuji one-day tour, which was the highlight of my Tokyo trip. It was the most memorable day of this trip. At the heart of it all was Guide Won Yang, who was incredibly kind!!! From the early morning gathering in Shinjuku, the guide greeted each person with a bright smile and took care of us. On the bus, she explained the history of Mt. Fuji and various sights and information about Hakone, so there was never a dull moment. She didn't just guide us to places; she also thoughtfully informed us in advance about things like when would be a good time to use the restroom and how long until the next activity, which made us feel very comfortable. The itinerary was packed, covering the Hakone cruise and the hot spring village all in one day, making me wonder if it was even possible to do so much. Yet, the guide's expertise ensured that the schedule was well-distributed so we didn't feel tired. What was most impressive was her attitude towards people. She patiently waited for elderly members of the group to match their walking pace and answered even small questions with a smile, without showing any sign of annoyance. On the way back, even though she must have been tired, her bright voice and dedication to safely taking us back until the very end felt truly sincere. It made me realize how much meeting a good guide can transform the quality of a trip. If you're considering a Hakone/Mt. Fuji tour, I highly, highly recommend Guide Won Yang. ¡Gran experiencia! Laner Jin fue un guía turístico increíble, muy informado y servicial cuando teníamos preguntas. Tuvimos suerte con el clima hoy y el Monte Fuji se nos mostró varias veces. Estaba jugando al escondite con las nubes, pero pudimos tomarle algunas fotos. También pudimos comprar algunos recuerdos e incluso trajimos agua directamente del Monte Fuji. Los Gotemba Premium Outlets fueron un plus y pudimos matar dos pájaros de un tiro con esta excursión de un día. ¡Buenas tiendas y muy buenas ofertas! ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría si quieres hacer turismo y comprar!

The Mount Fuji day trip was perfectly smooth and enjoyable. Our driver and guide provided excellent explanations, covering everything from geological formations to fascinating anecdotes.
