The excursion was simply INCREDIBLE! Even before departure, the customer service was excellent: I had booked the wrong date and they agreed to change my reservation without any difficulty. There were 7 of us in the family with Mr. Morita, who was very professional, kind, flexible, and attentive. He arrived early, adapted to all our wishes (cable car...), and even suggested a stop at Lawson. He recommended a Japanese restaurant according to our preferences, and it was delicious! His explanations, advice, and perfect organization allowed us to fully enjoy the day. We felt pampered all day long. The itinerary was exactly what I was looking for, and I absolutely do not regret my choice. We were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji in good weather, but even without that, my opinion would be the same: the service was impeccable. I recommend this excursion wholeheartedly. We had a wonderful experience on the Mount Fuji Full-Day Customizable Private Tour with Klook. The flexibility of the itinerary made it easy to tailor the day to our interests, and everything was smoothly organized from start to finish. Harroon was our driver/guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and making the most of each stop. The views of Mount Fuji were absolutely stunning, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, take photos, and explore nearby spots at our own pace. After completing the purchase, you will see the contact methods for the merchant, including WhatsApp, Facebook, and email, which are very convenient for communication. We ended up using WhatsApp to communicate. You can first provide the places you want to visit and let them help you plan if it's feasible to cover them all or if they have other suggestions. The day before departure, the driver contacted me via WhatsApp. Both the merchant and the driver were very easy to get along with. We had an amazing day with our guide, Rana! 🏯 At Chureito Pagoda (with its 400 steps), 🌊 we enjoyed a speedboat ride at Lake Kawaguchi, 🗻 then we got a stunning view of Mount Fuji at the 5th Station, ⛩️ and we finished at the peaceful Kitaguchi Honjo Fuji Sengen Shrine. Rana was very knowledgeable and also took helpful photos at each spot. This tour is highly recommended!

Tuvimos un día increíble en el Monte Fuji. Harron fue nuestro conductor, hablaba inglés y fue un guía increíble por toda la ciudad. Nos recogieron alrededor de las 6:00 a.m. en nuestro hotel y llegamos alrededor de las 8. Pudimos evitar algunas de las multitudes que llegan más tarde en los autobuses turísticos, lo cual fue una gran ventaja. Solicitamos nuestro propio itinerario personalizado y Harron nos llevó allí de forma segura y eficiente. Thank you to Mr. Haroon, our driver, who was incredibly helpful and provided clear explanations about the places we visited. He was very cooperative in accommodating the additional destinations we wanted to explore beyond the planned itinerary. He truly prioritized our comfort and always tried his best to drop us off at the closest possible entrance to each location, even when those points were not designated for passenger drop-off. Even though we visited at a less-than-ideal time due to the fog, which made Mt. Fuji unclear, Mr. Haroon was very attentive. The moment Mt. Fuji became slightly visible, he immediately informed us so we could quickly capture the moment. Truly exceptional service.
