Saludos cordiales, ¡Felices viajes! Robert, Rose, Beth, Patrick

Excellent Tour, Our Driver / Guide Mr Moon was fantastic bang on Time , made sure we saw everything as a family even on a super crowded day during Golden Week Holidays in Japan. Highly recommended for families looking to see mount fuji & other tourist spots in tokoyo .

Our family enjoyed this activity. We had an early start. Our driver Rana shared his experiences with us about schedules and traffic possibilities so we agreed to have an early start. He was courteous and polite to ask us about the itinerary and provided suggestions along the way. He was very polite and drives safely. The car is well maintained and spacious. Rana drove us with care. For lunch, we all loved his recommended Halal Mediterranean food! It was superb! And our kids as young as 5 yo really enjoyed the food!

We had such an amazing time!! Our guide Makk was just wonderful in telling us all the things we needed to know about each location and allowing us to also venture off alone. We got amazing photos, we were blessed with a beautiful day and a very clear view of Mt. Fuji! If you get Makk as your driver and tour guide, you are in very good hands. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing time exploring Mt. Fuji and the surrounding areas. It's our second time booking this KLOOK experience and we're always impressed with it! We had Moon as our guide/driver for our tour and he was amazing!! He was super friendly, funny, and informative. He explained our itinerary in detail and before/at each location he would provide us information regarding the area. And let me add, he recommends the best stuff to purchase/try at every location! My boyfriend and I had his family come along and Moon would always give little quizzes regarding Mt. Fuji's location (since it was super cloudy and couldn't see Mt. Fuji, he made a little guessing game for them). This year, we were able to go to different locations that we weren't able to last time since we changed some of the itinerary plans. Moon offers the best options of where to go too and the order of things. Even though it was such a cloudy day, Moon made the tour still fun! Again, would recommend this tour!!!

Our Driver Makk was amazing! He contacted us the day before and let us change our start time to earlier in the morning so we could get ahead of the crowds! He took us to all the popular places and took pictures of our group at every spot! We really appreciate Makk and the time he took to explain everything to us! It was a beautiful day and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The tour was definitely worth the cost and we highly recommend this tour! Thank you again Makk!

We had a great time around Mt. Fuji. We are lucky to see Fujisan on a clear sky in the morning. Thank you to Hassan for being a great tour guide/driver and for taking our pictures and videos! We had so much fun. 😊

Hassan was a very accommodating and kind guide, and we had a lovely tour with him. We also loved his lunch recommendation before we went to Lake Kawaguchiko! His timing was excellent – we were able to see Fuji-san :)
