Viagem de um dia em grupo pequeno ao Monte Fuji e Gotemba Outlets com serviço de motorista-guia e embarque opcional no hotel

This tour was one of the highlights of our Japan trip. Our driver-guide was very polite, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable during the entire journey. The drive was smooth and the itinerary was easy to follow. Seeing Mount Fuji in person was an amazing experience, and shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets was also enjoyable. Overall, it was a convenient and well-organized day trip.

We had a wonderful experience on the Mount Fuji and Gotemba Outlets day trip. The driver-guide was friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout the tour. Everything was well organized and the schedule gave us enough time to enjoy the beautiful views of Mount Fuji and explore the outlet stores. It was a comfortable and enjoyable trip, and we would definitely recommend this tour to others visiting Japan.

The day before departure, Mr. Kieki sent a WhatsApp reminder about the meeting time and location! On the day itself, he was already waiting at the meeting point! He was very polite and greeted us in front of the car. Along the way, he introduced various attractions! At each attraction, he clearly stated the meeting time and what we would be doing, which was very thoughtful! Unfortunately, it rained too heavily, and the mountains were covered in clouds, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji. The outlet mall was so big that 3 and a half hours wasn't quite enough, so you need to know exactly what you want to buy and go straight for it! Popular brands had too many people, and paying took at least 15 minutes of queuing, but it was a great trip!

Mr. Yamada's service is excellent and very professional! He proactively helped us take photos 📷. When a passenger left a bag at the previous stop, Mr. Yamada went back during his free time to help find it! Then, two passengers went to the outlet without umbrellas, and Mr. Yamada tirelessly went back and forth to deliver umbrellas, getting soaked himself, yet still serving customers with a smile. After the trip, he even dropped us off at our hotel, saving us the time of walking back! It was a fantastic experience, and I would love to participate again next time 👍

A unique heavy rain experience, though with some regrets. Despite being so close to Mount Fuji at Lake Yamanaka, I still didn't get to see its true face, but that's life. Special thanks to our guide, Chris, for his steady driving and excellent arrangements. Highly recommended!

Mr. Meng is very polite. We really enjoyed this trip. We saw the beautiful Lake Yamanaka with swans, and he gave us plenty of time for shopping at the outlet, which was fantastic 👍. I will definitely book again with my family next time.

Today, our driver was Mr. Meng. He contacted us the night before to confirm the pick-up time and was very polite. The itinerary was well-arranged, and he arrived punctually for the morning pick-up. We were also delighted to see 10% of Mount Fuji today, making it a very enjoyable day.

Excellent day with Satori. He is not just a good driver but kind and accommodating. I wish though that we could have gone to more beautiful lakes.

I enjoyed the tour. I thought it would be better to reduce the time at the lake and increase the time at the watch shop. The outlet time was tighter than expected, but thanks to the guide, we had a safe and enjoyable trip.
