Coisas para fazer em Kiso County

The meeting point was easy to find, and the tour guide managed the time perfectly, with all group members being punctual. The itinerary was well-planned, and travel times weren't too long, with stops at rest areas, making it very suitable for older travelers. The attractions weren't overcrowded, resulting in a high-quality travel experience.

A much more athletic visit than expected! 😂 If you have difficulty walking, I'll be honest, I advise against it, because the climb up Nakasendo is unforgiving, my legs still hurt! Otherwise, from Inuyama to Tsumago-juku, the landscapes are magnificent and breathtaking! If you are lucky enough to go in good weather, it will only be better. A truly fascinating and wonderful excursion!

Five-star review for our Australian friend and guide, Kieron. We arrived at the meeting point early. Today, it was just my family and me, so it felt like a VIP tour. My family doesn't speak much English, so today was also a day of paid English practice 😂 (Kieron mentioned his main job is a high school foreign language teacher). He was very talkative and could understand our not-so-perfect English. Because there weren't many people, he also took us to several extra sights/viewpoints along the way. The weather was a bit cloudy today, but thankfully it didn't rain heavily, so it was quite comfortable. He also provided explanations about Japanese history, culture, architecture, and plants throughout the journey.

Really great day, Andreas our tour guide was super friendly and shared great knowledge of the local area and history. The walk wasn’t too strenuous and it is a beautiful part of the world that’s worth making the time to see.

I've joined many one-day tours in Japan, but this was my first time with a female tour guide. Xiao Yu was incredibly attentive, the arrangements were smooth, and the timing was precise. My legs can't handle walking too far, and she made sure I was well taken care of. Thank you for this Shirakawa-go and Takayama experience; it was a very relaxing and comfortable trip. 🙏🏻 I will definitely come back again!
