Meng ile fotoğraf çekimi sırasında harika zaman geçirdik. Çok hoş biri ve poz verme konusunda yardımcı oluyor. Bizi farklı yerlere götürdü, böylece çeşitli fotoğraflarımız oldu. Eşim ve ben fotoğraflarımızı çok sevdik ve Kimono giyerek fotoğraf çekimi yapmaya karar verdiğimiz için çok mutluyuz, henüz favorilerimizi rötuşlar için göndermedik bile haha. Teşekkürler Meng! :)

The shop has a lot of different kimono to choose from, for men and women. They are so helpful in not only dressing you, but helping you to choose which kimono to wear and which patterns/ styles. They take great care of you when you’re there and you’re able to leave your bags there (clothing, shoes, etc.) and they give you a bag to match your outfit so you’re still able to carry money and your passport with you while you go out and shop about. I always wanted to dress in kimono, ever since I was a kid, and I’m so happy with the experience I had here! I booked a snap photoshoot in Kyoto and looked at several kimono rental shops before deciding on Kanwa Kimono. There was an additional charge for the lace kimono and hair ornaments, but I'm so glad I added them! ✩*:.⸝⸝>o<⸝⸝.:*✩ The staff were also very kind and friendly! ꉂ ･ ･ ☆ They beautifully arranged the obi decorations with various items. I was worried about getting wet because it was pouring rain, but they told me it would be fine. Thanks to them, I took many beautiful photos, and Kyoto became a memorable place, so I want to visit again.

It was a fun and beautiful experience!! Kanwa staff were so helpful and we went there a bit late from our schedule but they did not hesitate to assist us happily! Super Highly recommended activity when in Kyoto!

J'ai vécu une expérience incroyable en louant un kimono via Klook ! Du début à la fin, tout était fantastique. L'attention portée aux détails pendant le processus d'habillage était remarquable, et on pouvait vraiment sentir l'effort mis pour s'assurer que chaque partie du kimono était parfaitement ajustée. C'était une belle façon de découvrir la culture japonaise de près, et j'ai apprécié l'art derrière le rituel d'habillage traditionnel. J'ai également opté pour le service de coiffure supplémentaire, et j'ai absolument adoré le résultat ! Je me suis vraiment sentie comme une princesse pour la journée — mes cheveux étaient coiffés à la perfection, ajoutant la touche finale parfaite à toute l'expérience. Ce fut un moment fort de mon voyage, et je le recommanderais vivement à quiconque souhaite s'immerger dans la beauté de la tradition japonaise !

I arrived 30 minutes late for my reservation, but they kindly welcomed me. It took me a while to choose an outfit, but they didn't rush me at all, and even gave recommendations when I was deliberating between kimonos and obis. I opted for a paid hairstyle because I wanted something prettier and more elaborate, but there was absolutely no pressure to do so.😊 They asked me to choose a flower for my hair, and after I picked one, they added more to match my choice. I just had to return everything by 6 PM, which was convenient. When I wore the kimono, it was tightened just enough so that eating wasn't a big problem, and going to the restroom wasn't uncomfortable. Since it was a couple's set, there were some limitations on choosing kimonos, but there were still many options I liked, making it hard to choose. Haha. Bags were also available for free rental, and I could pick any I wanted.👍 It rained on the day I rented, but they lent me an umbrella without hesitation, so I could walk around comfortably. Thanks to them, I was able to have a great experience and make wonderful memories.🥰

Kimono rental was a real experience for us. We had only seen people wearing and walking in kimonos on TV or social media, and we got the chance to experience it ourselves. It was raining heavily that day. We arrived late, but the lady still said it was okay and let us choose our kimonos. They all spoke English, which was very helpful.

Our appointment was at 9:30 AM, and we were able to choose the colors we wanted. They were very accommodating to our requests. I will definitely be recommending them. I do wish, however, that we had a professional photographer so my sisters and I could have more trio shots.
