Our first time to Batam was amazing! Our tour guide and driver Johnny is very knowledgable about the Batam area and helpful. He took us to the iconic landmarks in Batam such as the Barelang Bridge and Welcome to Batam sign. The seafood lunch was amazing -fresh variety of seafood with the best view of the sea, Barelang bridge and other neighbouring islands of Indonesia. We also went to the 3D illusion park and tasted coffee from 70 Fahrenheit koffie. the itinerary allowed other fun options of Go-karting and shopping and massages. Booking through klook was very smooth and through this experience on our tour we meet a brother/sister duo who were the most lovely people and surely will be friends for a long time.

Our family was grateful and thankful to Mr. Jhonny and Mr. Haji; our Indonesia tour was great. We had a great time and a wonderful experience, and we hope to see them again. My favorite parts were the coffee experience, the seafood lunch, and the rest of the tour as well.

Our guide and driver were both very nice and accommodating. They toured us around many tourist spots in Batam. The highlight of the trip was the scrumptious lunch and the Barelang Bridge, where we got our photo taken for free. Indonesians really are good and welcoming people, and I would love to go back there!

Bapak Johnny, pemandu kami, sangat ramah dan perhatian karena cuaca sangat panas di luar dan menyesuaikan jadwal perjalanan untuk mengakomodasi! Satu-satunya pengalaman yang sedikit menyakitkan adalah imigrasi yang memakan waktu satu jam untuk dilewati, tetapi selain itu tur itu sendiri bagus.

You need to collect your ferry tickets yourself at the Singapore ferry terminal before departure. The tour guide will be waiting at the Batam Island ferry terminal. Our group of 3 was excellent, having visited all corners of the island. The pastries from the Indonesian souvenir shop were delicious, and the coffee factory was also good. Lunch offered an unbeatable sea view and tasty seafood. You can add extra money for a longer and very worthwhile massage session, and the masseuses were very skilled. The whole day included attractions, delicious food, shopping, and a massage – a truly comprehensive and unforgettable day!

The best!!! Our tour guide, Dyna, is very accommodating and hospitable. She is very intelligent and really knows what she's talking about. She has lots of stories to tell and even knows the history of our country of origin. She followed the itinerary and is a good photographer. We had a great time with her!!

Batam tour was chill and fun, van wasn’t full, and our guide was so helpful! Would recommend if you have limited time. Try their coffee and layer cakes. Massage was awesome at the end. Highly recommended! You can use your card for purchases if you only got few IRD

A quick getaway. Just got a little confused with the instructions. No one will pick you up at SG. You need to go to Indonesia and the tour guide will meet you there. The guide was so nice. Best part was the amazing massage.

Our day- tour trip in Batam was a very memorable one! My sister and I really grateful to our tour guide. We had a major problem and he helped us without any hesitations. He made our trip extra special. I would highly recommend our tour guide namely Aidil👍👍👌👌 In addition, I would say the main highlight of our trip was when we went to the 70 fahrenheit koffie. We had coffee testing and were able to try one of the expensive coffees in the world which is luwak! To those coffee lovers out there, this place is a MUST try. Ofcourse we wouldn’t miss the opportunity of taking back home the best coffee in the world hence we bought boxes of it😊. I have already been to Batam couple of times yet this trip was the best by far. Kudos to the team👍👌

Highly recommend to go in big family groups! It was a private van as there were only the 8 of us and johnny was very friendly and accommodating. The food was so good and many variety because there were many of us. Shopping could have been longer as there were too many places to go to. Massage was good too as the place that we went to was very popular among tourists as well hence very safe.
