Absolute Spa, Cabelo e Unha em Batam

It is easy to redeem. I WhatsApp them to confirm my booking. Staff at reception speaks Mandarin thus able to explain some details to my mother. The full glow package does not include full body massage. Only back and shoulder massage option. You can add on another massage if you want. The massage room is at level 4. No lift so those with weak legs need to take note. Easy to locate, just opp A2 hawker centre. You can see their sign board along the road. Compliment ginger tea with snack.

Amazing experience! I managed to get my hotel to call the spa for me to check for availability on a Sunday as I couldn’t make international calls. I purchased the “Body Scrub + Massage” package on Klook. First time doing a body scrub massage so it felt good. The masseuse will ask you to shower after she’s done with the body scrub. She ended it off with a head, neck and shoulder massage. Felt so relaxing and service was good. I like the ginger tea too! They serve keropok too if you like :) No extra charges for male clients. Tip: book your Grab ride to “First Choice Spa, Massage & Reflexology” if you are taking a Grab Car there!

Came again for massage. maesuers Mariany & Tiwi was very good. Felt very good after the massage. Staff in Absolute Spa were very welcoming and friendly. All of them have humble mannerism. Ambience was great and area very clean. Ginger tea was yummy too. I will come again when I travel to Batam next time. Thank you for everything.

smooth reservation, reception can speak mandarin. a bit noisy as there are many customers. near to malls and many hotels.

We tried the Javanese Massage and l like it so much as the masseuse provide on the point massage. Booking is made easy and redemption too. After the massage, we are served ginger tea and chips. There's a renovation going on else it will be great. ❤️

lovely experience for aromatherapy massage . everyone are welcoming and helpful. value for money. great and clean place too. lots of things to look around in location before or after massage. there is also a big food court nearby with lots of food choices . all are recommendand approved!! massage therapist: facilities: amenities: ambiance: service:

Spa is located at a central location, close to a well known cafe and food court. Aromatherapy can choose from a few essential oil. Oil is applied slightly warm and feels nice. Massuse is good, skillful and nice to check on the pressure once in awhile. Overall service is great but environment can be slightly noisy when its crowded as other guest talk loudly. Otherwise its a great experience, definitely will come back again!

Always book from them when go Batam. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their massage skill are good too. Just that for SPA, their water from shower heads are very little. My friends and I could not shower properly. Think we will come back for massage only and not their SPA.

The massage was very good,. i thought after an hour, she will get tired or will not be able to press hard but from the start to end, she maintained her strength. They will offer you ginger tea after.

the massage was really good and relaxing. the lady in charge is very detailed and will ask about the strength to use.
