I originally thought it would be a group tour, but it turned out to be a private tour just for my group. They provided thoughtful pick-up and drop-off at each attraction and even helped with photos. This offered more opportunities for cultural exchange than aimlessly wandering on my own, helping me go from not knowing anything about Indonesia to understanding it. Enny is an excellent tour guide with a wonderful personality. She is especially attentive to seniors. This tour covers most of the tourist spots in Batam City, saving a lot of time for those with tight schedules.
