Our tour guide was friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had a great experience throughout the day. The seafood lunch was absolutely delicious—the seafood was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. We also enjoyed exciting adventure activities, and the relaxing massage at the end of the day was the perfect way to unwind. Overall, it was a memorable trip filled with fun, great food, and excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a short getaway to Batam. I can't wait to visit again!

This was truly one of the most unforgettable birthday trips I’ve ever had! Amazing culture, delicious food and wonderful accommodation, everything exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide, Riza, was absolutely outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Batam and shared it with so much passion and detail. She is kind, attentive, and very hands-on throughout the entire trip. What impressed us most was how she always made sure our food preferences were met. Since we love seafood—especially crab—she showed the best restaurants she knows, and every meal was fantastic. We truly enjoyed every part of the experience: the food, the culture, the coffee, the cakes, and even the souvenir shopping. Riza made my birthday extra special with a lovely cake surprise, which I deeply appreciated. Her warmth and thoughtfulness made the whole celebration perfect. Will absolutely recommend this trip to my friends and family. Hope to visit Batam again soon. Riza, you’re the best!

I recently visited Batam, Indonesia, and it was a refreshing getaway from Singapore. The ferry ride was quick and convenient, making it a great destination for a short trip. During my visit, I enjoyed local seafood, watched a traditional cultural performance, and explored several scenic spots around the island. The people were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was much more relaxed than the fast-paced lifestyle in Singapore. What impressed me the most was seeing a different side of Indonesia. While Batam is still developing in many areas, it has its own charm, especially if you're looking to slow down and experience the local culture. The prices were also very reasonable, making it an affordable weekend trip. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider visiting Batam again. It's a perfect destination if you want a short escape with good food, cultural experiences, and a slower pace of life.

Wir wurden pünktlich am Sekupang Terminal abgeholt und begannen unsere Tour mit einem Besuch der Guanyim-Statue, Aktivitäten wie dem fliegenden Teppich und anschließendem Mittagessen im Barelang Kelong. Danach gingen wir zur Spa- und Fußreflexzonenmassage Reborn in Nagoya, besuchten dann das Trick-Eye-Museum, einen Vogelnestladen und aßen Nasi Padang, bevor wir zum Batam Fährterminal zurückkehrten. This one was recommended by my friend and now I will definitely recommend it because of their EXCELLENT service. They are soooo nice and kind. They will educate you everything. We enjoyed the long rides going to beautiful places here in Batam. Hope to have you again as our guide if we travel with our kids. 😍😍

We booked this day trip one day prior, and the travel agency and tour guide were very prompt in helping us to make the arrangements and to ensure that we have a smooth trip. Our tourguide, Mr Gunawan, was very thoughtful and caring. He took very good care of us, and showed professionalism and hospitality. He also made the trip very interesting by sharing many stories and information about Batam and the places that we visited. He also helped us with arrangements such as booking our massage. The main highlight for us was the ex-Vietnamese refugee camp at Galang - it was very interesting to learn about the history of the place, though only some parts of the camp are still around today. Overall, we had an enjoyable day trip in Batam, and will book this tour operator again.

Mr Jon is very accommodating and knowlegable about the tourist attractions. He is also good in conversing Indonesia culture, we learned a lot from him. We had a lot of fun with the tour, and we highly suggest this tour package for a day in Batam. The lunch also was very good, far from what we expected. Hope we can come back to Batam, such a very nice place and it cost very cheap.

My husband and I really enjoyed our trip to Batam. This is a legit premium city tour, and we were very comfortable. Our tour guide was great, knowledgeable, and friendly, great in providing details. We had not purchased any add-ons, but our tour guide allowed us to go to two different malls and arranged our tickets to be able to go back to SG earlier. The seafood served was delicious, and the people in Batam were friendly as well. I will recommend Batam Private Tours to my friends!
