We had an amazing time exploring Batam in just one day! Even the weather is not that good, the itinerary was well-planned, and we got to visit beautiful spots like the Barelang Bridge, different Mosque and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would especially like to give a big shoutout and thank you to our tour guide, Mr. Gunawan. He was very friendly, approachable, and had great knowledge about the places we visited. He made sure we were comfortable, assisted us with everything we needed, and even shared interesting stories along the way. This was truly one of the most unforgettable birthday trips I’ve ever had! Amazing culture, delicious food and wonderful accommodation, everything exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide, Riza, was absolutely outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Batam and shared it with so much passion and detail. She is kind, attentive, and very hands-on throughout the entire trip. What impressed us most was how she always made sure our food preferences were met. Since we love seafood—especially crab—she showed the best restaurants she knows, and every meal was fantastic. We truly enjoyed every part of the experience: the food, the culture, the coffee, the cakes, and even the souvenir shopping. Riza made my birthday extra special with a lovely cake surprise, which I deeply appreciated. Her warmth and thoughtfulness made the whole celebration perfect. Will absolutely recommend this trip to my friends and family. Hope to visit Batam again soon. Riza, you’re the best!

Mr. Augus, unser Reiseleiter, war wunderbar! Wir wurden pünktlich am Sekupang Terminal abgeholt und begannen unsere Tour mit einem Besuch der Guanyim-Statue, Aktivitäten wie dem fliegenden Teppich und anschließendem Mittagessen im Barelang Kelong. Danach gingen wir zur Spa- und Fußreflexzonenmassage Reborn in Nagoya, besuchten dann das Trick-Eye-Museum, einen Vogelnestladen und aßen Nasi Padang, bevor wir zum Batam Fährterminal zurückkehrten. Ini adalah perjalanan pertama saya ke Batam bersama putra saya. Pemandu wisata kami, Jessica, memberikan pengalaman yang luar biasa—dia mengatur kunjungan ke berbagai objek wisata dan memastikan kami menikmati hidangan lezat bahkan di hari hujan. Kami memanfaatkan waktu kami dengan baik dan memiliki kunjungan yang fantastis. Kami juga menyukai aktivitasnya dan mengambil banyak foto di Beliung Batam. Orang-orangnya ramah dan bersahabat. We arrived at the harbor at 07:00, picked up tickets at 07:10, and exchanged 100 Singapore dollars (1.2 million Indonesian Rupiah). Gate check-in opened at 07:55, and we passed through Singapore customs. The gate closed at 08:20, and we boarded the ship at 08:40. Batam is one hour behind Singapore time, and the journey takes about 55 minutes. Since we were entering Indonesia, we still had to fill out a visa card (crew members on the ship had QR codes for scanning and filling in details). So, we arrived in Batam at 08:45 Batam time. The Indonesian visa on arrival for two people cost 527,000 Indonesian Rupiah. Upon entry, we discussed the itinerary with the tour guide. Lunch was Indonesian cuisine, which was quite good and a very special experience.

I had a fabulous time today in Batam. I highly recommend this trip. The guide Jonny was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. Pick up was prompt and efficient in a fully air conditioned van. The Island is small but there are lots of historic buildings and sights to explore. Don’t sleep on getting out and exploring the outlines you’ll never regret it!

I visited Batam alone for my birthday celebration and Dian (the tour guide) went above and beyond. She is very informative, takes good photos, and is a very good driver. She even surprised me with a cake after our last stop. I went to IndoThai massage and it was very relaxing. Thank you to Batam Private Tours, especially to Dian. This tour made my birthday worth remembering and celebrating.

This one was recommended by my friend and now I will definitely recommend it because of their EXCELLENT service. They are soooo nice and kind. They will educate you everything.
