Purchase a Seibu Railway One-Day Pass e-ticket. You can activate it on the same day using the QR Code. However, you need to use gates with QR Code readers for entry and exit. If some smaller stations do not have QR Code gates, you can show your QR Code to the station staff. Although I didn't see any station staff at Seibu-Kyūjō-mae Station, there was a sign indicating that you could press a bell to call them. This time, I bought a one-day pass to Chichibu and Nagatoro. I personally think it was very worthwhile; the scenery is beautiful, especially the natural landscapes of Nagatoro! However, it's important to note that the ticket exchange office has very short operating hours, only from 8 AM to 3 PM! Make sure to exchange your tickets promptly! Additionally, I recommend purchasing an extra limited express ticket to take the La View train to Chichibu; it saves time, and the seats are very comfortable.

Due to time constraints, I couldn't visit both Chichibu and Kawagoe, so I ended up going to Chichibu and Seibu-Kyujo-mae. Following everyone's advice, I added an express ticket for Chichibu, and it was really worth it! The train was super cute and comfortable, making for a very pleasant ride! Chichibu wasn't particularly lively since it wasn't during a festival period, and many shops in the shopping street were closed (I heard they open in the evening? We went during the day), but it still had a lot of charm. I went to Hitsujiyama Park, but since it wasn't flower season yet, I just took a walk. If you have time, you can enjoy a hot spring bath in front of the station (I didn't go this time). Since it wasn't baseball season, I could only take photos outside the Seibu Lions Stadium, but the small train that goes there was very cute, so fans might want to check it out. Overall, it's a very convenient one-day pass! I hope to have the chance to see the Chichibu Night Festival and other places next time.

Found the Seibu Railway Tourist Center at Ikebukuro Station to exchange tickets. The physical tickets are beautiful, but the downside is that you can only use the manned gates. I bought the limited express ticket first, then exchanged it, and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. Nagatoro is truly beautiful and serene; I will definitely visit again. The Matsuri no Yu hot spring next to the Seibu Chichibu Railway is also highly recommended, costing 1100 yen on weekdays.

You can use the e-ticket directly by scanning the QR code, without needing to exchange it for a physical ticket. If you wish to ride the Laview, you can purchase a reserved seat on Seibu's official website. When entering the station, simply scan the one-day pass QR code and take your seat according to the reservation made on the official website. If a ticket inspection occurs, just show the limited express purchase confirmation on your mobile device. It's very convenient.

The physical tickets are super high quality and thick. You have to show them to the chief accountant every time you enter a station. It's very convenient to ride as much as you want, and the counter staff are easy to communicate with.

The incredibly useful Seibu Railway One-Day Pass can be used across a wide area including Seibu Chichibu, Seibu-Kyūjō-mae, Seibuen Amusement Park, Hon-Kawagoe, Hannō, and Tokorozawa. You can also purchase a separate limited express ticket to reserve a seat on the Laview limited express train.

Fast and easy redemption. As I was only going to Kawagoe, I was advised that it wasn't worth upgrading to the limited express. I went to Hikawa Shrine first via local bus from the station and then walked to the shopping district. The shopping street was bustling with many snacks available. It was a nice day trip with an affordable two-way transport fee. If you plan to stop at the museum, you'll need to alight from the station and walk or take a bus. I wasn't very keen on those places, so I didn't go.

It's very convenient to pick up tickets at Seibu Ikebukuro Station after ordering on Klook. The Kadokawa Museum in Higashi-Tokorozawa is highly recommended. We also visited Kawagoe. It's a great recommendation for a trip near Tokyo. The train ticket is quite unique; you use the manned gate when entering/exiting.
