It was a wonderful trip where we not only learned about the redwood forest but also understood the kiwi birds, their ecology, and conservation plans. The educational and entertaining approach allowed everyone to connect with nature in different ways. The staff on the day, Paul, Jono, and Mitch, were also great at creating a lively atmosphere, enabling my 70-year-old family member to overcome obstacles and enjoy their first-ever zipline experience!

The entire experience was simply amazing. Canopy Tours Rotorua is one of the must-do activities while you are in New Zealand. Our guides for the day, Fran and Alex, were a great bunch of people, simply wonderful. They ensured we had a great time in the forest, taking care of our safety, making the group comfortable about the activity, and also raising awareness about forest safety measures. I would definitely recommend this.

Great activity. Very exciting and fun guides. A must do if you are in the region. Paying via Klook seems to be cheaper than directly from their website maybe because of the exchange rate or something else. Learnt quite a bit on the forest within NZ as well, good for kids, adults.

It was a fantastic trip, walking through the redwood forest while the guide explained various natural ecology facts. The ziplining experience offered truly beautiful scenery and was very novel. It also included clothing rental and photo assistance, with all photos available for download from the cloud.

I did the other zip line tour as well at redwoods altitude and this is definitely longer. the cliff walk was amazing, wish it was longer! I had a fear of heights but the guides were super friendly and helpful. definitely go for this one if you want more scenic views of the forest. the trees are so majestic.

It was great fun exploring the area! The guides were amazing - very friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and most of all, were a lot of fun throughout the whole experience! They made everyone on the tour comfortable and even shared little fun facts over the course of the tour. The ziplines were a lot of fun, different heights and distances. Proper gears were provided - jackets and helmets for safety and also to protect from the cold weather (do wear proper clothing still to protect yourself from the weather). Transport was provided to and fro, and there was a photo op that was free for download after the activity. Overall, it was plenty of fun being in the nature and learning from the superb guides. Highly recommend to go for this!

¡Una experiencia realmente genial! Era nuestra primera vez haciendo tirolesa. Un recorrido guiado interesante y una experiencia divertida. Para la primera vez, el canopy original ya es lo suficientemente emocionante como para que estemos abiertos a hacerlo una segunda vez :)

My husband and I had a wonderful time experiencing this! I initially thought the experience fee was a bit expensive, but it turns out that a lot of it is used for environmental costs to preserve New Zealand's forests through these kinds of programs :) After hearing the explanation, I didn't feel it was a waste of money at all! The lush New Zealand forests were beautiful, and it was great to enjoy the grand nature! The guides in New Zealand are really friendly~~ I highly recommend it if you're traveling to Rotorua on the North Island!!
