Experiência de banho de águas termais no Beitou Couple Hotel

This was my first time taking my mother to Beitou for a hot spring bath. After much comparison, I chose a Klook hot spring room voucher. We needed to call on the same day (after 09:00) to book a bathing time in advance. Although its reputation is not as high as other well-established hot spring hotels, the overall decor is quite new, and the staff at the front desk and servers were all very friendly and enthusiastic. We were assigned a hot spring room on B1. The wooden-floored room was very spacious, with a separate shower room and toilet, allowing for independent use (I liked this design). In addition to bottled water, there was also a capsule coffee machine in the room for a new experience, and my mother was very satisfied. The bathroom, with its wooden fence and terrazzo bathtub, was incredibly large. There were also independent Japanese-style tables and chairs in the bathroom for a short rest after bathing, which was very thoughtful. After the hot spring bath, we could go to the first-floor restaurant to enjoy Chinese afternoon tea* (included in the hot spring voucher: one serving of xiaolongbao and two bowls of chicken soup). For women with a small appetite, the portion was enough to serve as dinner. *Note: If you don't want afternoon tea, you can extend the bathing time to 2 hours (originally 90 minutes).

The value for money is acceptable, the room is quite spacious, and the service is good. The afternoon tea is very ordinary, but the view is nice. Overall, if you don't have special requirements, it's a place you can go. However, it's a bit of a shame that the basement rooms don't have a view.

You can enjoy the night view while soaking in the hot spring. The staff are very friendly. I am very satisfied and will visit again next time.

Yesterday was a weekday, and at 4:30 PM, it was pouring rain. There weren't many customers, and we were arranged to B1, which was a bit disappointing. Perhaps due to the dampness and lack of ventilation in the basement, the room felt a bit old and the lighting was very dim. The front desk lady seemed to be new; she didn't even know that afternoon tea was still served at 6:00 PM. Later, I informed her that I had called to book a 4:30 PM hot spring session and 6:00 PM afternoon tea, and only then did she realize the afternoon tea serving time. After our hot spring bath, we went for afternoon tea. The restaurant had no other customers, so the air conditioning wasn't on. The same front desk lady led us into the restaurant and asked where we wanted to sit. I said, "It's so hot, which spot is cooler!" She didn't react at all (she was probably too new to know how to handle it). So, we had to walk to the brighter window side. Later, when the food arrived, I saw my husband sweating profusely. I happened to see another employee in a black uniform and asked if there was a fan, as we were really hot. That lady immediately turned on the air conditioning for us! (Turns out the air conditioning could be turned on after all...) I was also grateful that another front desk lady proactively offered a parking token when we were leaving; otherwise, having to walk back in the pouring rain to get one would have been very inconvenient!

If you don't want to have Chinese afternoon tea, you can extend your stay by 30 minutes. The room has a hot spring, shower area, bathroom, a heated double bed, and even an oven! You can also take the guesthouse's official car down the mountain. Overall, I felt very comfortable and relaxed 😆 The value for money is excellent!!

I really feel that the CP value is quite high, and I will visit again next time. However, the air conditioning is not very cold, but it is quite clean.

A great experience, a comfortable one in the Taipei area, bringing a little peace amidst the hustle and bustle!

The room was nice. We added a hot pot for two for an extra 1000 NTD, but the portion was small and the taste was extremely bland... The dessert ice cream tasted like it had been stored for too long... The food needs improvement.

Although the facilities are maintained, they are still visibly old. We stayed in a basement room with no natural light, which did not match the photos. If it weren't for the walk-in price, we would not patronize again. The afternoon tea was acceptable, and the service staff had an excellent attitude.
