The hotel was great, and the entire trip was enjoyable, except for the photographer who was very perfunctory.
This hotel is truly heavenly, with few people and beautiful scenery. The beach and pool, especially the pool, felt like it was exclusively for our family – so relaxing! We absolutely loved our pool access room. The butler who assisted us was incredibly kind and provided warm, attentive service throughout our stay. Next time, we will definitely choose JW Marriott again; the quality and service are excellent. We are truly satisfied.
