This resort is just beautiful! We stayed in room K303 where they have a pool cave inside. It really feels like we're in Santorini. Everything in the room was convenient and comfortable. The staff were really helpful and kind even though there was a bit of a language barrier (I'm an English speaker). Included was a photographer named Ale and he was fantastic. He gave us directions on how to pose. The resort will give a link to book a photographer on WeChat. I highly recommend booking here!

Before checking in, we had already received a lot of useful information from the butler. Upon arrival, the butler warmly greeted us, helped us with our luggage, and showed us to our room. Afterwards, they also recommended nearby attractions and restaurants on WeChat, reminded us about the complimentary evening dessert, and reminded us to have breakfast, among other things. The service attitude was excellent. The booked package included a 20-minute photo session, free of charge. Remember to make a reservation. The entire photo session was pleasant and relaxed. Our photographer, Liu Liu, was very friendly and skilled at guiding us on poses. Even though we usually aren't good at posing for photos, with Liu Liu's guidance, we were able to take some great pictures! Thank you, Liu Liu!

This trip was to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. From the moment we booked the service, we enjoyed VIP treatment. The staff were attentive and hospitable, the room environment was beautiful, and the breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks were delicious. Most importantly, a professional photographer helped us capture a series of commemorative photos that were incredibly meaningful. The photographer (Ah Lung) was not only punctual and polite but also provided professional guidance, teaching us various poses, allowing us to let go of inhibitions and fully enjoy the experience, capturing an unforgettable commemorative special. We would like to give special thanks to Ah Lung for his professional service. Overall satisfaction was off the charts! It would be even better if the hotel could offer breakfast delivery to our room, allowing us to enjoy breakfast while admiring the sea view!

I booked the Blue and White Santorini Cliff Hotel through Klook. A few days later, their human customer service proactively contacted me to provide information about getting to the hotel. What I found most satisfying was that they used human customer service, not AI customer service (because AI customer service often gives me a lot of useless information). The human customer service quickly responded to my inquiries. Upon arrival at the hotel, the male front desk staff member also introduced me to some nearby attractions. Besides him, all the other staff members also treated us very well. We had a photography service booked for the afternoon. Master Ah Lok, who took our photos, was very friendly and gave us many suggestions for poses. We were very satisfied with the photos he took. Next time we visit, we will definitely look for Master Ah Lok again. We booked the sea-view room with a hot tub in Building K, room 203. The environment was quiet, offering a sea view, and the room design was simple, making us feel very comfortable. Additionally, the snacks in the hotel room were provided free of charge, which was an unexpected bonus. Finally, the hotel also provided us with some sweet soup, which was very delicious and refreshing. Overall, we are very satisfied with this service and experience, and we hope to recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, we loved our stay. The staff were excellent, and so was my photographer, Lao He. He showed me how to pose, what worked for me, and gave me some amazing photos. I would highly recommend. The hotel is 10/10; I will definitely return for a longer stay.

This time, we spontaneously celebrated our daughter's belated birthday. Upon arrival, it felt beautiful, and both my daughter and wife loved it! The butler/staff were very polite and enthusiastic! We had booked a photography service before we left, and the photographer, Ah Lung, arrived punctually. He guided us on how to pose for photos, which was very nice! The guesthouse overall was excellent and met our expectations! The room facing the sea was fantastic! Unfortunately, the swimming pool couldn't be heated; we learned from the butler that only the plunge pool had warm water. The afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious, and we had a very comfortable weekend. A fantastic staycation experience! We stayed in room K202, our first time at a Shenzhen seaside resort, and it was also to celebrate my husband's birthday. I didn't expect such a pleasant surprise! 😍😍 The hotel had already arranged birthday decorations before our arrival, and the environment was comfortable and clean. The hotel butler service was excellent, especially the handsome big-eyed brother, A Zhe. Our taxi driver went to the wrong location, and he even helped us communicate with the driver over the phone. It was a truly excellent service experience! 👍🏼👍🏼 In addition, the complimentary photography service provided by the hotel was also a great surprise. Photographer A Long was able to take very professional and beautiful photos in just 20 minutes, and he patiently guided us with our poses and expressions. Even my friends highly praised the photos. This Klook package offers incredible value. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and its environment and views will absolutely not disappoint you. The hotel amenities are also of good quality, and the breakfast portion is just right, avoiding waste. Both the hotel restaurant and nearby restaurants are stunning, offering superb sunset views at reasonable prices, making them great spots for photos. The hotel provides excellent service. They anticipate your needs and arrange everything perfectly. They contacted us before our departure, making it easy to inquire about the best drop-off point for our taxi, and they greeted us upon arrival. The lobby offers drinks and snacks, which were a welcome refreshment after an hour-plus car ride. Within a ten-minute walk, you can find seafood restaurants with sea views. We checked in after our meal. Xiao Qian and Xiao Tang were incredibly thoughtful, preparing rooms for us to choose from, and both were already decorated. They also asked if we needed an extra blanket, showing such meticulous and heartwarming care. Their attitude was friendly and enthusiastic. Truly, after years of staying in hotels, traveling, and having staycations, this was the absolute best. When we left, Xiao Tang even helped by specially contacting a motorcycle colleague and personally went down the slope to guide the driver to the lobby entrance, braving the strong wind – it was incredibly touching. Finally, I must highly commend Xiao Qian and Xiao Tang.
