A very good experience, beautiful environment, good food, with a butler and a 20-minute photography service, and finally, cute alpacas and Bambi deer. 😍

The staff were attentive and kind, and the room was clean and incredibly spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unbeatable full sea view and sunset view.

The hotel staff provided excellent service. Room B303 was very spacious with a beautiful view. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening sweet soup were all delicious. Overall, it was a great experience!

Visited on Valentine's Day. The environment was great, the staff were handsome, the service was excellent, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The sunset was also lovely. There were deer and alpacas. So happy!

The hotel room was clean and very quiet. We were very satisfied with the breakfast, afternoon tea, 20-minute photo shoot service, and the souvenir given upon check-out 👍

整體而言，對是次行程感到非常失望 房間我們預訂了C301，簡介寫附有室外浴池，原來是指公眾的游泳池，並不是在窗台有浴池，房間內只有一個十平方米都沒有的花曬設備，指示非常誤導，游泳池與浴池明顯不一樣。 第二，下午茶方面，兩個人入住只有一份share的下午茶，包括三小件蛋糕，一份生果拼盤，兩杯飲品，完全是失望。 第三，整體設施非常殘舊，完全看不岀是新開業。 第四，入住的第二天，房間內有裝置接連發生持續巨響，非常刺耳，雖然職員迅速處理，但非常影響入住體驗。 唯一值得讚美的就是景色，真的很漂亮。

The new hotel in Guanhu boasts a beautiful environment, with attentive butler service. The biggest advantage here is the sea view and blue sky, provided there's good weather and sunshine to fully appreciate such a beautiful scene.
