Shuidishan Hot Spring is truly a great place for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are super spacious and clean, and there's a private hot spring. You can also enjoy surfing and rafting, or hike to two small waterfalls for photos. The package also includes a buffet breakfast. The location is a bit remote, so self-driving is recommended. Booking through Klook was half the price of Ctrip. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

酒店維護做得很好,特别係温泉同無邊際泳池非常清潔漂亮,自助餐也算ok, 餐廳也很注重清潔,放食物的枱,一有殘餘或水漬,即時清理抹淨,我們用餐的個多小時,自動收碟換碟都做咗4次,這些管理在國內比較少見,房間需然不特别漂亮,但很寬敞舒息,整體環境好,空氣清新,地方乾淨,在管理上真的做得很好,CP值高,很推介,This is good! 整潔度：10分

入住當天已經不是假期了，但是klook選擇房間類型，我選了別墅，沒有床類型可以選擇，我是去到告訴是雙床，沒有大床。

Originally, I booked a villa room, and even after the discount, it was less than 900 HKD! The room even had a private hot spring! As a result, the money was refunded online, saying there were no rooms! We had already booked round-trip train tickets that couldn't be refunded! We were forced to pay an extra few tens of HKD, 971 HKD, to book a windowless twin room! A very disappointing trip! When children go, an additional 200 HKD is required for breakfast and unlimited access to the hot spring! And a 500 HKD deposit is required upon check-in! It was easy to call a car when we arrived, but it was difficult to call a car ourselves when we left. We had to ask the hotel staff for a private driver's number to get a ride! And we had to endure expensive car fares!

Clean and beautiful environment. Staff is helpful. The hot spring is wonderful.

The fallen leaves in the hot spring have decreased, and rafting is a lot of fun. The only drawback is that a frog jumped onto the raft midway through the trip.

The room was good, generally clean, and had everything needed. The bathtub was also quite large, not feeling cramped for two people. The service was also good, with only one minor issue: it was impossible to get a taxi from this location. Fortunately, a staff member provided a phone number to call for a car to help with transportation.

The room was nice, and dinner was plentiful, though one dish was a bit spicy. There were many fallen leaves in the hot spring.

The order was originally non-refundable. However, due to heavy rain, both access roads to the hotel were flooded and there were landslides, making them impassable. We couldn't get through even 500 meters before the hotel. For safety, we had no choice but to leave. During this, we called the hotel and they said a refund was possible. I also asked customer service to add a note to the order for easy platform refunding. Communication with the hotel was repeatedly chaotic, and their attitude was extremely poor. They seemed to think we should risk our lives to overcome the difficulties and reach their hotel. I spoke to multiple customer service representatives, the reservations department, and customer service, but no manager was available to handle the situation. When I asked one representative to have a manager call me because I couldn't communicate with them, they remained silent and stated that the matter didn't need a manager and they could handle it. I asked again if there was even a manager position. They remained silent and then hung up. The platform's customer service was excellent, helping me communicate with the hotel multiple times. Ultimately, the hotel's conversation with me and their conversation with the platform were inconsistent. The platform even compensated me with Kooka coins. I would like to thank the platform for their assistance.

There was no bathtub, and for an extra 200, there was no buffet dinner. We were told dinner was a set hot pot meal, which was really mediocre.
