I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Atlantis Sanya this time! The overall environment is perfect for family travel. The aquarium is spectacular and stunning, and the water park has many fun facilities that kept the children entertained and not wanting to leave. The room was spacious and clean, with an amazing view, and the service staff were very attentive. During our stay, the hotel also gave us a small gift, which made us feel very welcomed. The only minor incident was that someone was smoking in the adjacent room one night, but the hotel management team followed up and handled it immediately the next day, which was fast and professional. The overall service was first-class, and the experience was excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Sanya!

Bringing the kids to Atlantis is so hassle-free! The water park, Kids Club, and dolphin interactions are all perfectly arranged, freeing up parents' hands. The buffet breakfast offers such a wide variety that even picky eaters will clear their plates. Our room had direct pool access, and the kids didn't want to get out of the water. In the evening, we watched the C Show, and the children cheered with wide eyes throughout. The hotel even rents out strollers, and the service is incredibly meticulous. The family vacation experience was absolutely fantastic, and we'll definitely be back for a second visit!

After the typhoon, the water park needed time to reopen, but it was clear the hotel had done its best to make arrangements. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was acceptable. The housekeeper was very enthusiastic and proactively offered gifts to the children. The children also thoroughly enjoyed the aquarium and water park facilities.

The hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms and numerous recreational facilities. Plus, you get unlimited access to the water park and aquarium. It was a nice stay!

The hotel is very large, and the beach, swimming pool, and water park are all nearby. There's also a small shopping mall connected to an aquarium. When we checked into our room, because we had booked a sea view room, the first one didn't have much of a sea view. The butler immediately arranged a new room for us.

The accommodation experience was very good, and the activities included in the package were also quite fun. Overall, the experience was excellent. The front desk even upgraded our room type.

Suite was amazing, very large, large beds, large toilets, clean and great service. Great views from balcony all around the living room and bedroom. Enjoyed the waterpark and royal club on L48.
