A beautifully curated dinner by the chef and staff. Flavors and presentation were immaculate. One of the best meals of my life. I would make another reservation without hesitation. Absolutely a wonderful experience. Thank you.
Comida estava extremamente deliciosa! Meu prato favorito foi a carne bovina. O restaurante é administrado por um avô e uma avó, eles foram super simpáticos!
The two aunties who served us were very kind and attentive. This time we sat in a private room, and the dining process was very quiet. For each dish, the aunties tried their best to explain it in English, Japanese, or by using a mobile translator. The meal lasted about an hour and a half. The food looked exquisite, but I felt the ingredients and value for money were average. Perhaps I don't understand kaiseki cuisine. It's okay as an experience if you want to try kaiseki, and this place is more affordable, but I probably won't choose to eat kaiseki again next time.
The location is relatively hidden but very close to Gion, which is convenient. The service is very friendly; both the chef and the waitstaff explained the ingredients of each dish and tried to communicate with limited English. The food presentation was good, and the ingredients were fresh, but the taste is subjective.
The food was delicious, a great dining experience. The desserts were tasty, highly recommended.
Amazing experience and great quality food. Highly recommended and very filling with over 10 courses. Thanks.
The location was particularly hard to find, tucked away in a small alley. However, the service level was satisfactory. The chef's skill, though, was a bit disappointing; the sushi rice was even slightly undercooked, and the set menu content wasn't particularly rich. Overall, it wasn't a very satisfying experience.
Extremely satisfied with the meal. There aren't many seats, and the kitchen is small, but the two chefs work in an orderly fashion. Every dish is both beautiful and delicious. The head chef also made a great effort to communicate in English, which immediately made us feel very fond of Kyoto.
Una experiencia única. Tenga en cuenta que el ambiente es bastante formal y muy silencioso. Dos pulgares arriba.
The service was excellent, and the food quality was superb. It's rare to find a kaiseki restaurant that offers a special menu for children, and my two young friends thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The staff also meticulously explained the ingredients of each dish. This is a restaurant I would definitely visit again when in Kyoto.
