Aula de Culinária Miss Hanoi com Tour pelo Mercado

The class was pretty good. I am doing this review for people who, like me, search for information online. I did some research before the class and got some impressions from the Miss Hanoi website and Google reviews, thinking it was more like a Miss Hanoi cooking class, especially given the kitchen vibe and cuisine type. However, when I received an email from the organization the day before (less than 24 hours before class), it stated that it had changed to the Apron Up organization and the address was completely different from the one on Klook. So, if you like online surfing, that might help you have a better understanding of this event. Overall, it was a good experience, just confusing information before class.

Bella's class was fascinating and engaging, and her excellent English helped with communication. The spring rolls were fresh and delicious, made to order. Highly recommended for teenagers and whole family.

Excellent! Our teacher was great! We went to the market first and learnt a lot of interesting things! I only wish the would have provided recipes so we can try making the food again at home!

It was a bit hot to do in the summer. However, the whole family made Vietnamese food and enjoyed eating it. The coffee was also delicious. Please send us the recipes after it's over...

The class was changed to an apron-up class. I paid a higher price, but it was changed to a lower-priced class. It was supposed to start at 8:30, but it was changed to 9:00 without any notice. I'm not good at English, and the instructor subtly disrespected me.

Buổi học nấu ăn thật tuyệt vời với cô Thang. Cô ấy đã hướng dẫn chúng tôi từng bước chuẩn bị nguyên liệu và nấu ăn. Thực đơn lựa chọn thật hoàn hảo: phở, bún chả, nem rán và cà phê trứng. Món ăn rất ngon.

The address you provided was different from the class location. I was a bit flustered at first, even though they gave me a ride on a motorbike. Shopping for groceries was fun because the guide shared knowledge about fruits and taught us various Vietnamese words. It was also nice to chat with other foreigners while cooking. However, the cooking class venue itself was suffocating. It's a place for frying and making broth, and even with the air conditioning on, it wasn't cool at all. I almost suffocated. I think it would be better to charge more and improve the facilities. But since we had a delicious and enjoyable meal after cooking, I'm giving a high rating. It was a rewarding experience!

I was satisfied. The scale is small, so usually, cooking classes have one cooking utensil per person, but here, they place one cooking utensil on the side and take turns using it. (This part might satisfy some people, and not others.) It rained when we went to the market, but they gave us raincoats, so we went to the market in the rain, and I was relieved that my mom said it was fun. We made pho, bun cha, spring rolls, and egg coffee, and everything was so delicious. Especially, my mom and I tried egg coffee for the first time, and we were surprised at how unexpectedly delicious it was. While preparing for the trip with my mom, I worried if she would like the cooking class when I booked it, but she told me she had a great time thanks to the kind teacher and delicious food. Thank you.

Me encontré con Phoenix en la cafetería. Fuimos a comprar algunos de los ingredientes necesarios y regresamos caminando a la cocina. Fue una clase de cocina individual. Aprendí mucho durante la clase y tuve una gran experiencia.
