it is a real great experience! The program is well-thought. It is overhwelming, but in a good sense. I definitely recommend as a must-do while in Hanoi! it is not only a culinary immersion but is also cultural! Kudos to the chef and her team!

We had a wonderful experience! We started by going to the wet market to buy all the fresh ingredients needed for the cooking class, which made the experience even more authentic. Learning how to prepare Vietnamese dishes was both fun and informative. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the place was cozy and comfortable. Even the hot weather didn’t bother us because we were enjoying ourselves so much. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. 😊

Wonderful experience! Thank you for sharing this class. I had an amazing time making the banh mi from scratch, it smells and tastes amazing. The coffee tasting is also good! Egg coffee is good! Thanks for honoring my request to not include alcoholnin the egg coffee drink. Our host, Jessie was generously sharing tips, trivia, and info. For those wondering, I was offered to move to a different class since Im the only one for the schedule I booked and the experience might not be the same. Our market guide, Cherry, was really kind and funny. Our chef, Mango, was also very entertaining and knowledgeable. Both of them speak very good English, and we had such a fun experience. I would definitely recommend this class.

Our instructor, Chef Mango, gave us a very detailed explanation from the market walk all the way to the end of the class. It was such a wonderful experience in our cooking class. She is so funny; we really enjoyed our class with her. Highly, highly recommended for you to do this cooking class with her!

Our host, Mango, was absolutely fantastic super friendly, funny, and welcoming from start to finish! She took us to the local market first, showing us how locals shop and explaining all the ingredients in detail. It was such an authentic and insightful experience. After the market, we went to her home, which was spotless and beautifully set up for the class. The whole cooking experience was incredible from learning how to make banana leaf salad to rolling our own spring rolls, every part was hands-on and fun. We learned so much about Vietnamese cooking and culture. Mango even helped organise taxis to and from our hotel, which made the whole process seamless. The class runs for about 4–5 hours, so if you are short on time, you could skip the market part, but we highly recommend doing the full experience. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable day for both my partner, and myself. We give it 5 stars and recommend it to anyone

This was an amazing class! We booked it to celebrate my birthday and it was so much fun. Jesse was so accommodating and the cooking class was very informative as well! I never knew how much goes into cooking Vietnamese food and Jesse's egg and coconut coffee version is much better than what we got from some cafes here. I will definitely recommend this class to friends back home when they visit! Motorbike yo!

We booked this cooking class for my mom's birthday and it was the best decision ever. Our cooking class turned into a private cooking class and Chef Jesse, our cooking instructor, was very patient and accommodated our requests and answered all our questions. The class was so fun and we learned a lot about Vietnamese cooking. The location of our class was also very beautiful. The ceramics and cooking tools they used during our cooking class were also of high quality. The unlimited local wines was also another highlight of the class. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to know more about what ingredients go inside of your Vietnamese food or to anyone who wants to have a fun experience with family and friends.

Thank you Jesse for the class! I had a really fun experience right from the meet up, getting the ingredients, to the cooking and eating! Jesse took us through the cooking step by step and it's definitely friendly for those who have never cooked in their life before. There were also alternative dishes for anyone with special diets. Really happy with this experience and will recommend!
