This is a recommended Japanese teppanyaki restaurant where I celebrated my boyfriend's birthday. After purchasing the voucher, there's no need to call the restaurant to confirm. I saw previous comments mentioning that you can get a free dessert plate drawing for celebrations (this requires WhatsApping them 2 days in advance). I gave them a picture that I thought would be quite difficult to draw, but they really managed to draw it, and my boyfriend was very satisfied. They also gave us a sparkler candle, and their staff proactively helped us take photos, which were taken very professionally. Regarding the food, most of it was good, but it felt a bit rushed. Perhaps seeing that my boyfriend ate quickly, they kept serving dishes one after another, and I had to try to keep up with his pace. Overall, the portions were very generous; even my boyfriend, who is used to eating a lot, said he was very full and had to leave some of the fried rice. The teppanyaki lobster that followed was firm and springy. * Exquisitely crafted side dishes: The onsen egg with crab meat served in the middle course offered a warm and smooth texture. Gently breaking the yolk, the rich egg liquid enveloped the sweet crab meat and crisp cucumber shreds, balancing the overall palate and showcasing the chef's precise control over the proportions of each dish. * A perfect surprise birthday ritual: The most unforgettable part was Ryutei's thoughtful birthday service. Overall, this 15-course feast priced at $1888 was impeccable in terms of ingredient freshness, cooking craftsmanship, and the birthday experience. Food taste: The taste is excellent. The lobster, abalone, and roe-filled Boston lobster were all very fresh and delicious. The only thing is that the lobsters were a bit small, but they still tasted great. Service: The service was a bit strange, as if they were understaffed, and the seating process was quite chaotic.

High-quality teppanyaki definitely focuses on fresh seafood, and this place absolutely met my expectations. The seasonal sea urchin set allowed me to try sea urchins from different regions. After finishing, I couldn't resist ordering another plate! Today, they also had seasonal razor clams, available while supplies lasted! I heard from the staff that the first batch was already sold out, so luckily we arrived early and ordered in advance. However, they said next time we can pre-order to ensure availability!
