The Chinese tour guide, Xiao Quan, provided excellent service. Her Chinese was very good, and her explanations were detailed, giving a comprehensive overview of Vietnam's history! It was very beneficial, and we were lucky to have Xiao Quan as our guide. The itinerary was also well-planned, not like a headless fly. Because Ba Na Hills (Sun World/French Village is really big) and it rained that day, fortunately, the weather was good in the morning, and we managed to take photos of the Golden Bridge! Although it rained heavily in the afternoon, we couldn't take many photos of the French Village... As for the buffet, it wasn't bad; there were many varieties, but a lot of repetition. There could be better options.

Our trip with the elders in the family to Ba Na Hills was comfortable and leisurely. We were grateful for the good weather. The lifelike Golden Bridge with Buddha's hands was truly stunning, and the surrounding scenery was vibrant and colorful, with many great spots for photos! We were most grateful to meet our enthusiastic and thoughtful tour guide, Qingqing, who had planned our itinerary in advance, doing her best to help us avoid crowds so we could easily enjoy the scenery along the way. Additionally, the guide suggested various places for us to take photos and even proactively helped us capture them, teaching us how to take even better pictures. The biggest surprise was that she also created a special short video for us, allowing us to cherish this wonderful trip. This journey is highly recommended!

Our Chinese tour guide this time was Cuiyue, who took us to explore Ba Na Hills and visit the Moon Castle to watch two 3D movies. One of them introduced the five continents, with Taipei 101 representing Taiwan in Asia. The itinerary wasn't too rushed! We visited the main French Village and the Golden Bridge, and even got to drink super delicious beer 🍻 from a handmade brewery at an altitude of 1487 meters. Lunch was also included and the dishes were quite good.

Our tour guide, Xiao Cui, was very professional. Her Mandarin was excellent, and she was especially attentive to the elderly. The itinerary she arranged was also very good, and she provided detailed explanations at every attraction. With Xiao Cui as our guide, everyone had a wonderful time. If we visit Da Nang again, we will definitely ask Xiao Cui to be our tour guide once more.

The Chinese group tour, which can be booked by a single person, is very convenient. We took a minibus with about 30 people, and it was full. Our tour guide, Xiao Mei, spoke excellent Chinese. Unfortunately, on December 4th, it was too rainy and foggy, and it only cleared up a little on the way back, so most of the photos were unclear. The Vietnamese buffet for lunch had many dishes that were okay. The temperature on the mountain felt like 9-14 degrees Celsius, and it became very cold when it rained. It's essential to bring warm or windproof jackets. There are many stone paths, so avoid wearing high heels. There's a Starbucks and an indoor amusement park, which are great for passing time if it rains. It's recommended to wear a raincoat rather than carrying an umbrella for convenience. I believe it would be very comfortable and great for photos if you go outside of the rainy season and in summer. It's worth joining a group for a convenient day trip. The indoor amusement park is ordinary and relatively simple; I don't think it's necessary to stay in the hotel there.

Taking the cable car up Ba Na Hills, the temperature dropped to 20 degrees Celsius, escaping the heat of Da Nang. Then, we visited the popular Golden Bridge and the beautiful Tulip Garden. Upon reaching the French Village at the summit, it suddenly became very foggy, with visibility of only one or two meters, which dampened my spirits for taking photos and sightseeing. So, we just casually played at the amusement park hidden in the center of the castle. On the way back, the tour guide was very accommodating and allowed me to be dropped off near a shopping mall in the city center instead. I hope friends who are interested in visiting will encounter good weather.

We were lucky that the sun was out when we arrived at Ba Na Hills in the morning, but after 11:30 AM, the weather changed, it became foggy, and started to drizzle. Our tour leader, Xiao Shu, is a kind and lovely young lady. She was very dedicated and meticulous throughout the entire trip, ensuring we had a safe and pleasant journey.
